'Hard time with hot water true out !!'

'We have stayed at several condos in Princesa and this one is by far the nicest we have every stayed in. Clean and modern but still has the rustic charm of Mexico. DirecTV was an unexpected bonus as I was able to watch a little college ball. Condo is located right on the beach so you have amazing views. Owner is very responsive and very helpful. Keyless check-in and no lines to stand in. Arrive at the gate, get your wristbands, and straight to the condo. Love the fact that I did not need to go to...

'If you want the true rocky point experience, this is a great place to stay. You are in the heart of malecon and basically on top of all of the best restaurants, shops and clubs. The house itself is in a great gated common area that felt safe and had plenty of areas to enjoy the weather from. This is how to experience the real rocky point vs a resort.'

'Shower in master bed room never had hot water, grill did not work, no door handle on master bed room door leading to outside (risk with children on the balcony) no extra bedding, place was very dirty when we arrived '

Unit was clean and had all the necessities covered.A little disappointed that the three bedrooms air-conditioning did not work well. Also hot water was not working in the showers of in master bathroom and the second bathroom. Hot water did work in the tub in the master bathroom.'

'My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo. It was very clean, well stocked, and had a comfortable master bed. It is exactly as pictured online. The view from the balconies was amazing. The resort felt safe and the grounds were well kept. My husband used the heated pool and was happy with the temperature. We ate at Colin's Cantina where the staff were very friendly. We can't wait to return and I would recommend Scott's condo.'
