Luxe hotels in Northern Sonora

'First of all front desk make me feel less important because I booked thru Expedia, they tried to charge me a balance at front desk, I had to show them the what I pay thru Expedia my balance they made me wait almost 30 minutes to fix that issue, another thing, the elevator was not working, I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath sea view for a reason for 4 days, since elevator was not working they were expecting us to used the stairs, lol i thought they were going to relocate us to another building but...

'The worse experience, room was absolutely horrible , broken shower head , dirty room, smell like drainage . Absolutely dirty mattress. There was pee stains in the toilet seat . Customer service was horrible. We paid almost 4K for 2 deluxe rooms and 2 master suite. They refuse to give me all 4 rooms and only gave me 3. Refuse to refund me . We requested lower levels or at least all In the same floor as we were traveling as a family ,we got them 1 in the 5th floor 3rd floor and second floor. At...

'We love staying at the princesa and really enjoyed this condo! It has a great location on the property where you can see the beach really well, get to enjoy the sunset, super close to the pool and pool bar. Easy access to the beach! Great property for families! Mostly quiet free of the party scene and very safe!'

'The room was excellent. When I walked in and my wife, we were both amazed of the scenery. The view. Once we opened the curtain, the view of all the pools and the ocean. The room was excellent, super clean, it was the best day. My wife and I have in a long time and a very beautiful condominio. I will go back and try to get the same room again and again and here. Great price. Also can’t beat it.'
