'Our second time staying after celebrating a relative’s bday at The Perch at Capital One. This hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of space and a great selection. Ishmael at the front desk was especially kind and helpful during check-in. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.'

'New property so was not sure what I would be walking into but the hotel is very charming! The area is quite with eating places in walking distance. 2 coffe shops to choose from on either side of the hotel. The room I chose to stay in was beautiful. I had the classic king suite which was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Overall it was a very good experiance. The staff were very attentive and made suggestions to places to visit and eat. Will come back .Would love to see the final product...

'It was such a lovely stay! Ms.Bushra (property manager/POC) was so helpful from start to finish. She made herself available with any questions/concerns I had. The apartment itself was lovely, it felt like “home” as a frequent traveler. Would definitely recommend to stay here '
