'They do allow you to have pets on the premises; however, you are not allowed to leave them in the room. This makes it very difficult when you visit a resort town when you want to go somewhere where you can't bring a pet into the building. It is not safe to leave your pet in the car due to the heat.'

'Elevator was broken. No outside pool. Only 1 restaurant open limited hours with only one person working both the bar and restaurant. Help wanted sign up for every position, thus very few people on staff. Room and the hotel were very dated.'

'What I liked was the location of the Hotel, it's proximity to excellent eateries and the views of Sturgeon Bay! The room was very clean and comfy. When we checked in there was staff available, but often as we'd come and go from our hotel, we wouldn't see anyone at the front desk or anywhere that we could have communicated with if we'd needed it. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay, it's cleanliness and location.'

'The outside features were great: fire pit, games, pool. Nice lobby area with board games and room for groups to sit and interact. Disappointed with pull out coach bed-not comfortable. Our room had the wrong size sheets left for the pullout. Also, we booked two rooms and they were on complete opposite sides of the building, very disappointing!0'

'Cottage 4 was a blend of rustic charm and recent updates. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We were a party of two, but it would have been roomy for four. The hosts’ welcome gift of local ice cream was a bonus. The location worked well for us. It was just off the highway, but quiet; and we had easy drives to explore towns and trails in the area.'
