'The staff was amazing. The woman who checked us in was fantastic. I told her I needed a good tub and she ended upgrading us to the presidential suite!! It had a jacuzzi in the room, a living area, a ridiculously comfy king size bed and a lovely bathroom. Was definitely surprised for a best western. Great great job. '
