'The trash in the hallway was an interesting thing though i didnt mind it much. Must be an unspoken rule that the trash is taken out that way as room service won't enter your room till you check out. Each sheet or cover on the bed had at least one cigarette hole burned through it. I could tell cause it was hard and charred around the edge of the hole. The place semi-regularly smelled of weed as well. Other than that it was an adequate stay for a convention over the weekend. '

'Location great. Staff great. Very clean. But under needed updating. The new mattresses were in the walkways. Painting needed attention. Some better decorations as this is really a beautiful property and should shine. Very comfortable bed by the way. Would recommend and will definitely go back to again.'

'We had a great experience staying at Pinball Pete’s place. Very clean, cozy, comfortable, with use of the kitchen and some food provided … and, of course, pinball! Our host also went above and beyond in helping us to resolve an unexpected issue. Hoping to stay there again in the future.'

'The rooms are a touch outdated but clean. Beds and pillows need updating. The lobby area was clean - staff was super nice and very accommodating!! Always a smile, welcome when we came in and always looking to serve at the bar for a drink or food. '

'I had a quick overnight stay in Richmond on my way further south. The Omni is always a solid choice as it’s centrally located for going out (Shockoe Bottom area and near lots of restaurants). The staff were all helpful and the room was pleasant. Loved the amenities in the lobby, especially the Starbucks. '

'This place is right smack dab in the middle of Richmond, with cheep hourly parking and hotel daily parking. You and your friends can legit walk the strip and find lil convenient stores, restaurants, dive bars, clubs and raves. And it's all near the Richmond convention center, just make sure you check the time frames for everything. This place was simple and friendly, we loved it.'

'The room was clean. Microwave did not work TV kept freezing up and they were doing a renovation which they should’ve gave her a discount no bar no continental breakfast.'

'Pro- Clean and updated rooms and bathrooms. Great staff. Con- Indoor pool was unheated and chilly. Whirlpool not operational although hot. Operating button missing, emergency button appears broken off and lack of use has the water looking less than inviting. The daily water checklists on the wall for sanitation levels was not clear if ever updated or measured daily. I didnt risk getting in.'

'Nice place, recently renovated, rooms were in good condition. Staff were mixed between good and bad. Whoever manages this place likely needs to spend more time with the staff. Front desk specifically. Elevators were terrible. At one point both were out, used the stairs, not a big deal, but annoying they know it’s a problem and just live with it. The staff mentioned it’s been like that for a while. Giving a decent rating as the rooms are what mattered to me for staying one night, but not sure I’d...
