'The availability of the small cafe and bar was closed twice due to technical issues with cash register which was inconvenient. I booked with a third party and wanted to extend and she said she couldn’t and I would have to call third party Did not offer me ability for a new reservation but attendant took a while to understand I wanted a new reservation.'

'Checked in with two kids under 3 & my husband for Father’s Day weekend. It was around 10pm and we had just drove for hours, expecting our hotel and room to be comfy and ready for us to sleep in. I requested a crib when I made the reservation, & when I reminded them at the front they said they’d bring one in right away. We get into the room and it’s extremely humid - the AC was not working. Fast forward another 30 minutes, at this point it’s almost midnight, my babies are crying, and no word from...
