'Our bathroom ceiling started pouring water at about 8 pm. I contacted the front desk, who sent an employee to look at it. The employee mentioned that this happens when the tub above us is used because there is a crack in it. His response indicated that this happens frequently. When I looked at the ceiling, I could see black mold. '

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'The entire hotel needs to be remodeled. It is very outdated and shows its age. The staff is never at the front desk so you will be waiting if and when you have an issue. My sink backed up in the middle of the night with water all over the floor and countertop. It took over an hour for them to fix and the only compensation I received for the inconvenience was a fresh set of towels. Not worth the price they are charging. Convenience is the only reason to stay here, and that isn't worth it anymore...

'Breakfast was supposedly served until 9:00 but at 8:20 all protein was completely gone. There was no milk for cereal… and one singular yogurt. My family had to eat waffles only. No butter just margarine and syrup. I did ask the desk for more eggs or sausage for a group of young men that came hungry to the breakfast area. They did say it was too late to make sausage but they would make some eggs. They proceeded to microwave eggs. The rooms were certainly not sound proof like Expedia said. ...
