'I loved staying here, it was perfect for me. I jad a single room with shared bathroom but I never had to wait for a bathroom. There was no rv in my room butbthey have a large guest lounge with sofas, a tv and even a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. There is a bar and a restaurant downstairs which did not cause any noise but certainly was handy for dinner!'

'We found Balfour Cottage to be a fantastic place to stay while we were in Launceston. Centrally located, it was within walking distance to restaurants, parks, grocery stores and Cataract Gorge. The cottage itself is spacious with large bedrooms and living area. It was exceptionally clean, well stocked and well maintained. Max at Moxxi Properties was responsive and very helpful. Check-in and out was quite easy. We would gladly stay at Balfour Cottage again if we have the opportunity to visit...
