'We were there for a week and never received any room cleaning or refreshing of services. The pool closed at 10 p.m. according to the signage but was told to get out of the pool at 8:30 p.m. My husband was waiting for with my son in the lobby and was told to get out because the staff were eating in the lobby.'

'Overall, the stay was good. The housekeeping made sure to change the linens while we were out of the room. There were some minor issues like low water pressure even though we were on the first floor, tiles in the bathroom being chipped, and one of the lampshades had what looked like water stains.'

'First I want to start by saying the staff was phenomenal!! Erica McKelvey the Hotel manager deserves a raise she went above and beyond taking care of us during our stay. I also want to mention the front desk staff La'Shawn and Shaquana they where extremely helpful as well. 'I never stayed at property. Expedia took money prior for a “pay st checkin” - I canceled the reservation. Property never received the funds. Multiple attempts with Expedia cannot get refund of $475.+. Expedia is perpetrating fraud. I will pursue and report to every social media what a scam Expedia is. I will never use them again!'

'De kamer is niet 1x schoongemaakt, de bedden zijn niet opgemaakt en de handdoeken zijn niet ververst tijdens ons verblijf van 4 nachten. Na twee dagen vroegen we er naar en er werd toegezegd dat het zou gebeuren en dat is ook niet gebeurd. Het ontbijt was matig. Plastic bordjes, de tafels worden niet schoon gehouden. Het ontbijt is door de week tot 09:00 uur 's ochtends. Van de twee liften werkt er 1 niet. De parkeergelegenheid is goed'

'I stayed for few days with my dad. It was a good stay overall. The staff were very friendly and we were getting cleaned towels almost everyday. However, one receptionist at night tried to sell me a toothbrush for some cash even though they are given complementarily. My dad went next morning and the lady who was very helpful from the beginning with our room change gave us the complementary toothbrush. Breakfast was fine, area was quite, and not too far away from downtown Charleston.'

'Wij hadden 6mnd geleden geboekt en nu zeiden ze dat ze overboekt waren en ons wilden verplaatsen naar een zusterhotel. Ik was het daarmee niet eens en toen zeiden ze dat ze dan wel iemand anders zouden verplaatsen. Raar vind ik. Verder was alles wel goed. Het was echter een soort appartement zonder service. De kamer werd niet gedaan en anders moest je er voor betalen. Wij verbleven er 2 nachten'

'I’ll start off with saying the staff was absolutely amazing! So friendly and welcoming. The downside was the pictures shown when renting definitely don’t match. The property is definitely in need of an upgrade as the room I was in looked like it could have been involved in a crime of some sort.
