'Spotlessly clean hotel and everything thought about, would definitely stay again'

'Staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly'

'Super staff. Helpful, offered to help with my parking app. All staff were friendly professional, courteous and welcoming without being intrusive. Room was clean, spacious with a good temperature. Bar on site. Central location. Highly recommend'

'Stayed for two nights as a stop over whilst going homeward. Wanted to have a look around the area. Room was small but adequate. Clean with en-suite shower. Ate in the dining area of the pub both nights and enjoyed the food. Informal but friendly service by all, and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Recommend a walk to the canal and then the walk to Gloucester on the tow path. It’s well paved and flat and about three miles.'

'The hotel was in the ideal location for our purpose. It had its own car park which was convenient. The building looks good from the outside, unfortunately the rooms are out dated and ours was very hot. As it was on the ground floor we did not feel it safe to open the larger windows and the small window did not provide sufficient cooling. We had noisy neighbours both above and next door, this was unlucky and could happen in any hotel.'

'Outside city centre. A bit of a shady street '

'The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and with all the expected amenities. There were no staff on site (the key is left in a lock box). I stayed on Monday night, the restaurant is closed on Mondays (hence no interaction with staff). Unfortunately, I did not sleep very well at all due to the loudness of a generator which kept me awake all night. It felt as if I was sleeping inside a helicopter. I left the room early in the morning because I was fed up with the noise and I had...

Heel slecht kinderbed. Ontbijt was niet te eten. '

'We really enjoyed our stay. I was a little surprised that the faucet in the bathroom was very loose, as was the toilet tissue roll holder. Not a big deal, but had me question attention to detail.'

'Room was very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Excellent meals and friendly helpful staff, Nice views over the golf course though not being a golf player I can't comment on the quality of the course, but it looked well maintained with the help of robotic lawn mowers. Swimming pool was pleasant to use and at good temperature. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay at this Hotel.'
