'Great staff and room.'

'The handle on the bathroom door was faulty. I thought i was stuck there. The ice vending machine did not work. their was no dustbin whatsoever in the room. No microwave either so had to get my food heated all the way near reception. Pool had murky water, definitely not well maintained.. i planned to swim but decided not to after seeing the pool :/'

'Great experience. Hot breakfast that changed daily, fitness room, regular rooms all clean. Good variety of snacks available. Negative is that the pool heater didn't work for the 4 days I was there and it didn't seem the staff was expecting it to be fixed and some didn't know it needed to be fixed.'

'This property is very dated and rundown, there were two rooms at the end of the hallway that were w/o a door and under construction, the entryway was very rundown and dirty. The building was dilapidated. We didn’t even sleep under the bed covers and items inside the room were very old dirty. There was no linen on the pullout bed with no extra linen/ pillows in the room to utilize, there was no garbage can in the bathroom. There wasn’t hot water in the shower. I’d never stay here again & do NOT...

'This room was so nice and clean, it had enough luxury without being too much and we got everything we needed for a reasonable price. I thank the staff for getting us what we needed soon after requesting it. This hotel is also in a nice community ,this is hands down by far the best room we've had in a long time, Thank you and I highly recommend to anyone who will be in the Schaumburg area to consider this hotel. 10 stars.'

'Be careful when booking this hotel. As per Wyndham’s policy, they only do a full room cleaning every 3 days. During our stay, we had to repeatedly request extra cleanings, but these were not always done — and when they were, the quality was disappointing. The biggest concern was cleanliness. Our baby found a medication tablet behind the bed and put it in her mouth. Thankfully, we noticed it right away and were able to remove it before anything serious happened. This was a very alarming...
