This semi-detached villa enjoys an attractive private pool and lovely sea views from 2 of the 3 bedrooms and from the living area. The pretty Spiaggia della Spinazza beach is just 5 minutes’ stroll away, perfect for splitting your time between the pool and beach. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.

Enjoying lovely sea views, Villa Selene is just a 5 minute stroll from the pretty Spiaggia della Spinazza beach, where you’ll find a couple of lidos offering refreshments and sunbeds. A 5 minute drive will take you to the inviting village of Marzamemi, full of history and charm, or you can walk along the beach from the villa in just over 30 minutes. Enjoy delicious fresh fish dishes at one of the many restaurants overlooking the seafront or lining the main square, Piazza Regina Margherita. A short drive will take you to Vendicari Nature Reserve, ideal for spotting flamingos, as well as being home to stunning beaches with great snorkelling opportunities. For a day trip, UNSECO World Heritage city of Noto is just 30 minutes’ drive away, full of historic and cultural attractions for you to explore.

Sicily Tourist Tax (Marzamemi, Noto) - €3.00 per person per night for the first six nights, for guests aged 10 and over. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
