Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate eviction, a fine and no refund.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.

- CCTV is in operation in the outdoor areas of the property, so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras are located inside the apartments),
