I booked hotel on the same day of the stay. It turns out a form must be filled in and completed prior to being allowed in just the hotel reception. Upon finding this detail out as I arrived at the hotel, it was quite the disappointing experience that cannot be matched by having an on site host.
Once the information was submitted, followed by a secondary transaction of a significant sum in the reception to act as damage waiver, we were finally granted access to our room.
Room was nice but for the price as advertised it cannot compete with a Premier Inn which has a receptionist and breakfast included. Remote receptionist was helpful despite the process; though would be more well served on site
