On the surface this property is set on lovely grounds but take a look closer and the service could be far better for the price we paid. we got to the spa for 10:30am one morning and the umbrellas were not up, sun beds didn’t have their mattress laid until after 11am. There isn’t poolside service for drinks. I had booked two rooms as I had my parents stay as well, we were visiting for an onsite welding. The second room didn’t have shower-gel topped up on entering and the safe was not unlocked from a previous stay. The turn down service was lovely but they kept turning up the heating to 24degrees along with the under floor heating, which was not necessary as we live in the uk it was not heating weather for us. Service st breakfast was brilliant from the staff and food was lovely, no complaints here. Generally staff around the resort are friendly and helpful but service/attention to detail needs improvement as mentioned. Would I stay here again, not for the price we paid I’m afraid, I would expect far more of a luxury feel and service to be upgraded, being used to those levels in the uk, for price paid.

Fantastiskt trevligt hotell med ödmjuk lyx och harmonisk stämning. Underbart läge och en stor egendom med trevliga promenadvägar. Ett av de bästa hotell jag och min fru bott på.

Relaxing stay
We stayed at the superior suite which overlooks the mountains great views but dry surroundings. The room is big with beautiful big bathroom and outside shower, but is slightly dated. Staff is super friendly and always willing to assist but Service could be improved further as we received no turn down service on the third day. Breakfast was ok and dinner also ok (lamb shank was amazing ) and could do with improvement. Tennis courts and walking trails are great. The Spa and las ladies who did mine and my wife’s massages were amazing as we had wanted deep tissue massages and they delivered brilliantly.

Du føler at hele hotellet vil gøre det bedste for dig. Især restauranten er i særklasse med super mad til aldeles favorable priser. Vinkortet er flot og ikke ret dyrt. Betjeningen er nærværende uden at være anmassende. God oplevelse til en dag med forkælelse.

This property is solid 4 star, not 5. Spa facilities are lovely but the rooms are a bit tired- horrible smell coming out of the bathroom sink. Very average food and poor choice for breakfast for 5 star hotel. Not the best value for money.
