Hotel Le Lagon's spaces were smaller (for family of 4), but functional and had a much nicer feel than some of the nearby bigger hotels. Rooms were well appointed, the kitchenette was especially useful, and the pool area was compact but well laid out. Staff were helpful and language wasnt a problem. Great location, quiet, but convenience stores and food options right nearby.

We enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna very relaxing. Disappointed that having a 5 night stay our room was only serviced once automatically and the 2nd time had to be requested.

Le Lagon is an excellent value hotel. Our room had water views. Gym facilities are bit dated but useable. Pool is a bit small but heated so nice to relax after a long day. Spa and Sauna were great. Restaurant only open for breakfast but there are lots kf options nearby. Hotel has bicycle to hire but I found price is a bit high for half day or full day and bikes need to be returned by 6pm.

ビーチから徒歩圏内、またローカルなスーパーやパン屋さんも徒歩4分くらいで便利でした。 部屋、プールは狭かったです。 また、部屋内のシャワーの水圧とお湯の温度は最高でした。 朝食はバイキングと聞いていたが、実際は卵料理とベーコン等は注文するスタイルで、スタッフさんがあまり英語が得意ではないので、注文したものと違ったものが出てきてしまい、残念でした。 値段には見合わないない朝食でした。

【部屋】 私は4階のスタンダードな部屋だったけど、虫の一匹も見かけず最高の滞在になった。 南国リゾートは蚊との戦いだけど、そんな煩わしさとは無縁な、清潔感あるホテルでした。(夕方に外に出かけるときだけ気を付けて!) アメニティは最低限だけど、エコでよい。タオルもキレイ。 コンセントはタイプC。ベッドサイドにないから少し困る。コンセントの位置は部屋の左右の隅に2箇所、キッチンに2箇所、廊下に出るドア付近に1つあった。 スマホの充電コードは長いほうがよいでしょう。 【朝食】 エクスペディアで朝食をつけたらビュッフェが毎日ついてきた。 卵とハムやソーセージ、パンやシリアルがあるので言う事無し。味もおいしい。 何よりもパンが美味しい。フルーツやその他のサイドは日替わり。 どれも美味しくて満足だったけど、野菜が充実してると更にいいな。 【立地】 ビーチまで徒歩5分の一本道!最高! ショッピングにも困らないし、すぐ近くのパン屋とスーパー2軒とマツキヨみたいな薬局があって便利。 パームビーチやアンスヴァタの海も透明で、時間を忘れて楽しめた。特にシトロン湾は離島並みに美しく、シュノーケリングに最適。 土日はお店が閉まるから水族館がおすすめ。 安価だったメトル島のツアーに行ったけど離島に求める全てがあるから、イル・デ・パンやアメデ灯台に悩んでいるなら絶対メトル島がおすすめ! 【ホテルについて】 他の多くのレビューの通り、スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリー。困ったことがあればぜひ相談してみて! 【時期】 12月末から1月頭に滞在。 土日はほとんどのお店が閉店か午前営業のみだから気を付けて。天気も海も最高だけど、日焼け止めは忘れずに。 年末年始はでっかいカーラジオをガンガンつけて「Fooo!」みたいな車がよく通り過ぎました。まぁ海外の年末年始はどこもどんちゃん騒ぎなのでまだ治安のよい方ですね。ただ、夜通し騒いだ人たちがハイになってるから危険運転も目立ったので、車には注意!

While the area itself was pleasant, my overall experience left much to be desired. The hotel's shortcomings, particularly regarding the buffet breakfast and customer service, greatly impacted my stay. I found it to be lacking in quality and variety. The options provided were not up to par, and it left me feeling disappointed. Considering the price of the stay, I expected a more satisfying dining experience. I was extremely disappointed when I discovered that a glass of almond/soy milk – priced at a staggering 600 Pacific Francs (approximately 8 AUD) – was required because of my milk allergy. To put this into perspective, a carton of the same milk can be purchased at a local shop for just 420 francs. Furthermore, one incident involving a staff member stood out to me. While attempting to make myself a cup of coffee, I encountered a rude and physically aggressive staff member. The language barrier may have caused this accident. Unfortunately, most of the staff members did not speak or understand English. This made it difficult for me to communicate and address any concerns I had during my stay. Another problem was with the room assignment. We specifically booked a quiet room, as stated on both the hotel's website and on Expedia. However, upon arrival, we were givena room on the third floor, right above the jacuzzi area. This turned out to be a noisy and always crowded area, which was not what we had expected or desired.

For the almond milk, we agree with you that the price is high in New Caledonia. The consumption is low and the demand also, therefore the milk is not produce localy and is very expensive. To compare, almond milk in the mini-market next to the hotel costs 810 francs (AUD 12) a litre, whereas we sell it for 650 francs for 50 ml (AUD 8.85).Regarding your comments about the person present at the buffet, we take your feedback very seriously. Beds are too soft. There was roadwork upgrade right outside the hotel during our stay, unfortunately! It was dusty and noisy too. Staffs were friendly and very helpful!

The only negative for us was the fact that the street in front of the hotel was completely torn up and under construction making it too noisy to enjoy the balcony and difficult to access in our rental car. The neibourhood is very nice with an excellent choice of restaurants a short walk away, and a lovely beach promenade - unfortunately the beach walkway and the adjacent road were also construction zones with many parts blocks off!

ホテルのスタッフがとても親切で感動しました。 アクティビティ等と問い合わせも何件も電話を掛けてくださり、説明もとても丁寧でした。 スタッフ皆様笑顔がとても素敵な印象でした。 立地も良くバス停、レストラン、ATM、小さいスーパーも近くにありました。

The staff were amazing. Extremely helpful and friendly. They assisted us with lots of inquiries about local attractions and tolerated our poor grasp of French! Nothing was too much trouble. Le Lagon was in walking distance to the beach, shops, public transport and lots of restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.
