'Heerlijke resort. Lekker eten. Zo fijn dat t niet uitmaakt dat je niet bij iets anders in de buurt zit. Was net of je in een mooi paradijsje terecht gekomen was. Superviendelijk personeel en heel erg behulpzaam. Zwembad was top, strand supermooi. Niks te klagen.'

'Language barrier had an impact in our stay. We booked for an overnight stay unfortunately we had an event that may last hours. At 3am, I told one of the staffs that we will extend our stay (using a google translator) for few hours, and we got an OKAY. Few minutes before 12 noon (check out time) I asked the front desk to confirm about the few hours extension upto 4pm so that we can rest but the front desk said, "you need to get out." I begged to reconsider and even asked for any room but the...

'Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. House and neighborhood was nice. '

'The room was very clean, very comfortable and had a nice view, The staff were extremely polite and attentive, we did not experience any waiting for anything, I loved having a little dip in the pool before breakfast. The hotel is well situated, on the main raid between Phan Thiet & Mui Ne. The breakfast was well presented but unfortunately didn’t taste so much, so that is the only opportunity for improvement, otherwise a fantastic stay, thank you very much to all at the staff at the hotel'
