Nice apartment with great view
Every day, (except Sunday) clean towels and cleaning up the garbage. The staff at the bar nearby the swimming pool could be a bit more friendly (some looked like they did not like their job) and they did not bring not everything for the 4 of us at the same time. A couple of times they brought the food and then we had to wait for the cutlery while they where helping others instead of finishing what they started. For little children there is a special beautyful and large pool. The apartment was very nice. Beautyful view!. Nice and quiet. And all the rooms have air conditioning. The park was well maintained. Downside was the steep hills and stairs but they offered a shuttle service (electric cars). Nearby the hotel it is not easy to find something on walking distance rather than the restaurant next door at the beach and the beach it selves of course. A rental car is recommended to go to the nice towns in the area and trips inland.

Unfortunately, our stay at this “5 star” resort was less than ideal. We were disappointed the second we stepped inside. As you walk around the property, you can see that general maintenance is not a priority to management. We arrived a few hours before check in and wanted to take advantage of the amenities, but the pool was cold and the hot tub lukewarm. When we were able to check in, we were told that we were given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a sea view, and were completely underwhelmed when we walked in. The second we opened the door, there was a strong odor that hit us, the wallpaper and amenities were outdated, and overall, not what we were expecting. We would have cancelled the reservation altogether but didn’t have a refund option.

Very nice place, it has an hotel and "an apartment" part. Property is huge, has multiple pools, private beach and access to public one. Some things are still closed but its ahuge place. AC works fine, service is good and polite. For me its a place to get back to.

Déception totale !
5 étoile sur le panneau a l’arrivée mais…! Ça vaut pas plus que 2,5! L’ensemble de l’hôtel est dans l’état. Le personnel donne aucune information. Pour trouver le chemin de la plage c’est un vrais « tomb raider »! Il faut chercher dans les couloirs mal éclairés sur plusieurs niveaux et avec un peut de chance nous avons le récompense-la plage. Pas de parasol 4 jours sur 6 a cause du vent et sur les consignes du directeur (justifié que pour un jour). Tous les soirs à 19h le personnel ramasse les chaise long. Parking 10€/nuit, c’est exagéré vu le prix du séjour. La climatisation à fonctionné qu’un jour dans la chambre. Pas de clim dans le reste de l’établissement non plus (resto, bar, hall…) Loin, tres loin des 5 étoiles et peu accueillant dans l’ensemble! Le lit très inconfortable, mal au dos dès la première nuit!

Hôtel à éviter !!!
Cet hôtel est probablement un des pires que je connaissent. C'est "soi-disant" un 4 étoiles mais il ne correspond même pas au niveau de confort d'un trois étoiles. Une partie de l'hôtel (proche de la plage) est carrément à l'abandon. La partie de l'hôtel où nous logions, semblait avoir été refaite mais visiblement pas par des professionnels. Il y a tellement de malfaçons et d'illogismes dans l'agencement de la chambre que je ne peux pas tout citer ici. La porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas (le cadre est cassé). Dans la salle de bain : - le lavabo n'est plus fixé au mur et bascule en avant - il n'y a aucun endroit pour poser ses affaires, ni crochet, ni porte-serviette, ni étagère (il faut tout déposer au sol) - la douche est sans rideau (=innondation de la sdb à chaque utilisation). Il n'y a d'ailleurs aucun endroit pour étendre le linge (ni dans la salle de bain, ni dans la chambre ni même sur le balcon), étrange pour un hôtel avec une plage... Les points positifs sont : la situation géographique (accès à la mer) et la gentillesse du personnel.

Die Anlage ist leider sehr heruntergekommen. Die Bilder sind alt oder sehr geschönt. Der Putz brökelt in der gesamten Anlage. Überall sieht man heraushängende Kabel sowie kaputte Platten bzw. Fliesen. Der Strand war sehr ungemütlich mit vielen Steinen. Der beworbene Sandstrand existiert quasi gar nicht. Vielmehr war das eine Baustelle, wo scheinbar das Geld ausgegangen ist. Das Wasser im Pool war zu kalt und der Whirlpool war gesperrt. Die Wohnung war sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Wir hatten lediglich einen Teelöffel und erst auf Anfrage wurde uns ein vietes Glas zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt hier bei der Anlage nicht im Entferntesten. Lediglich das Appartment und die Ausstattungen waren zufriedenstellend. Würden da nicht nochmal buchen.

Very Dated. Room was very run down. Entire property very old nothing like the pictures that are online. Only great thing was the staff very nice and accommodating. There was nothing close to walk too and taxi service was not available so only restaurant was the one at the hotel, food was just okay

It was confusing experience. Hotel is 5 stars but apartments are 4 stars. I would rate no more than 2 star hotel. It might be hard to manage hotel during peak but that should not be problem of visitors. All in all it was very overpriced hotel and would not recommend it to anyone(You can get better service for less). Apartments are located on separate building from main hotel and entrance looks like entrance to spooky house. No light in the evening. Peeled paints and crumbling walls near entrance. Holders in the bathroom were not fixed and broken. That not working TV, welcome to museum of History. Electric sockets should not be trying to jump out of wall. Furniture in bathroom was waterlogged and hiding them under towels is not the best idea. Room was never cleaned during our 3 night stay and probably just some partial cleaning before arriving(used toilet paper tube in the hallway was it a welcome gift?) We arrived after midday we were given cards to use towels next to pool. We went to pools area and found staff member sitting with nose in the phone with sign no towels available... If you want cocktail go to main bar or outside of hotel as in other areas they know how to make only Mojito. If you order something they might forget your order and after hour will ask again and will try to charge you twice. Good things: Kids entertaining team, variety of pools, pizzaiolo near pools area. All in all overpriced hotel.

For the price we expected it to be really nice. Seems the property was in need of repairs, paint etc. looked way nicer in the photos. Also we had lunch by the pool and it wasn’t anything terrific. My husband ordered a sandwich and it came with a chicken nugget inside of it! My kids could have made a better lunch.😂 Oh and they have chairs in the beach...plastic and mostly broken. Better to spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

So much potential but needs work.
The apartments are super worn and furniture broken and stained. Kitchens are missing basic items like soap, sponge, dish towel, kettle, etc. The majority of the staff seems to be laCking in hospitality training - especially for what is considered a resort property. Many were dismissive and rude. Sad because there is so much potential. Wyndham recently purchased the property and promises a refresh soon. Great area. Amazing clean beaches.nice pools. Breakfast was great with many choices and decent quality.

Quite a fantastic place to come, the complex is full of facilities to join, nevertheless service quality so something I couldn’t understand as a costumer that has been in many locations in the world. Room cleaning was not scheduled a per my knowledge, we had to continuously call reception for things like pillows, brooms, soap and towels. Then internet service was good the first day then intermittent, family not happy. On top of this, room furniture and other utilities just too basic. I think needs more attention from service management or maintenance department. Attention- location is fantastic but house service and conditions need an uplift

Beautiful main lobby and spa. The view from the terrace (main lobby) is amazing, but the rooms (we had one in those houses/apartments) was not clean at all, the floor wet and it was smelling and it was very humid. We booked very short notice 6pm on the road but had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes to get the room. We could access the room short before 8pm only. The service person were not attentive at all. When we came to the entrance (arrival and departure) they stepped away instead helping us with the luggage... we left the very morning asap. Return rate: 0

Relaxing time at Wyndham Grand Novi Vinodolski
My family stayed at the resort for 8 nights and were very pleased with our stay and the service from the staff. The hotel offers a great range of facilities for the family from a children’s entertainment area, fully equipped gymnasium (one of the best I have experienced at any hotel or resort) and indoor salt water pools. We throughly enjoyed the variety and selection of food served at the main restaurant, breakfasts and evening meals. The accommodation itself was a two bedroom self contained unit with two bathrooms and kitchen near the beach front. It was a perfect for the family in terms of space and comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Wyndham Grand Novi Vinodolski and would be happy to return again. Thank you to the staff at the resort for making our holiday memorable.

Fantastisk feriecenter af ældre dato.
Et fantastisk feriecenter med alle tænkelige faciliteter og et utal af bademuligheder, både ved stranden og de mange mange pools. Det er tydeligt, at det er et ældre center som kunne trænge til en gennemgribende renovering. Det er bygget op ad en klippe, så der er meget store niveauforskelle, med mange trapper, så det er ikke egnet til gangbesværede. Personalet var høflige og servicemindede. Det ligger et par kilometer fra den hyggelige by med de mange restauranter - der er en pæn gåtur derind.

Wir waren das letzte mal von ca 6jahren im resort. Seit der Neueröffnung ist nicht fertig gebaut. Die Zimmer und Apartment werden nicht instand gehalten und nicht richtig sauber gehalten. Das Management ist hochnäsig, arrogant und läuft den ganzen Tag zwischen den Badegästen rum und kümmern sich um nichts ausser ihre privaten Gäste. Leider, schade um die schöne Anlage Gruss RT

Our stay in the Wyndham Grand Resort was satisfying experience which fulfilled our expectations. However, some little problems during our stay occured such as working approach of the beach boys who were not always helpful. Hotel has a problems with a condition (a lot of things don’t work or are broken). Altough some problems appeared, our stay in the Wyndham Grand Resort was pleasant and workers of the front office and restaurant were kind and helpful.
