The holiday house is in a quiet residential area on the edge of the town of Novigrad.

All the apartments have their own entrance and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and gas stove. The living room has a generous dining table, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The bathrooms are fitted with a washbasin, WC and shower cubicle. Free wireless Internet access is available. The rooms are air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, with a grill. They are also furnished, so you can enjoy sitting or dining outdoors or relaxing in the shade. There is a big, heated pool on site, where you can cool off and swim a few rounds. Enjoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings on the generous sun terrace and gaze out over the green hills. Each apartment has an illuminated and separate parking space. The owner provides bicycles for use free of charge, for exploring the surroundings.

In front of the site there is a children’s playground and there is also a big park. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be found in the town centre just 2km away. It is easy to get to the surrounding beaches, stretching for 4km, by car.

The 110 m² flat is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms with double beds (200x200cm) and one bedroom with four single beds (100x200cm each) next to each other. If necessary, the owner can provide a cot free of charge.

The approximately 25 m² balcony, furnished with a large table and benches, invites you to linger with its built-in barbecue.
