Two self-contained houses, each with its own kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

Seven bedrooms, plus additional sleeping areas in the living rooms.

A game room equipped with billiards, table tennis, and darts.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Organized events, loud music, and unregistered gatherings are prohibited.

Entry is allowed only for registered guests.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
