'Loved this house, very close to everything in Central Suchitoto, amazing view of the lake, very tastefully furnished. The pool and garden is beautiful and very private with an amazing variety of birds landing in the garden, from hummingbirds to toucans. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. Excellent communication from the host; there was an initial mixup with our dates and everything was settled quickly and efficiently. 'I never received from the owner the details for checking. I called him without response. VRBO, was not very helpful, they just gave the owners phone number. I couldn't find the property and lost my booking. Now I need a full refund of my money. I think Expedia shoudn't take the money in advance when the address of the property is not provided or doesn't exist. It has been a shocking experience. I hope others won't fall in the same situation.'

'Lovely, spacious home with basic essentials. While there is no AC there are fans provided. I slept in the Downstairs bedroom and it did not get too hot. I really appreciated the quick communication. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and quite cute. Would stay again. '

'The house had a great centralized location to downtown Santa Ana! The property was very clean inside and out. The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location. I think the process could be updated a little bit with maybe a secure Dropbox & a code sent to the renter or something like that. The weather in Santa Ana is very nice but I would have liked if...

'The immediate area seemed a little at first glance but it was quiet throughout my stay. The streets are rough too nearby the property but you're within walking distance of a beautiful plaza and historic cathedral. The property itself felt very safe and secure snd was very comfortable. I would stay again. '

"Enjoyed the stay. First impression bit weird, have to sign a document spelling out the damage you have to pay for damaged property (logic you have to, but never needed to sign for it) and room without window. But bed and shower excellent and the view from the terrace is amazing, in the morning accompanied by great variety of birds. Price is very reasonable. "
