'Though this was in a great location, it was seriously lacking. We received maid service for our unit was one day only, while other friend's unit was cleaned daily. We had to go to front desk for toilet paper more than once, as they didn't regularly clean our unit. No wash clothes in unit so had to request those. They tell you you have to wash the dishes, but provide NO dish towels or dish clothes, dish soap or even a plug for the kitchen sink! We had ants all over in the bathrooms. The living...

'Admittedly, we went at the busiest time of year, so sure, pool loungers and umbrellas were in short supply. Everything else was spot on. We stayed in a Preferred Room, which gave us a much easier check in, access to the lounge and adult pool. The room was wonderful and well appointed and so comfy. Beach was clean, empty and wildly enjoyable. Staff were SO kind and thoughtful.'

'Everything was perfect. Relaxing atmosphere with live entertainment in the afternoon. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. The evening buffet had a different theme every night. For those who play it safe with food options they also offered pizza, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, and french fries.
