'Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there'

'Although the breakfast start at 7am, but the chef always come later. If you have tight schedule, it’s better to have breakfast somewhere else. '

'Staff was really nice! Was able to leave my bags at the hotel for no charge! Thanks to the lovely manager'

'Perfect for our 2 day stay. Ideal location to attend concert at 02 and explore Greenwich. Staff were warm and friendly and hotel had everything you needed'

I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived at the property to check in, the housekeeper told me that they were fully booked, there was no room available for me, and they had no record of my reservation in their system. I therefore had no accommodation despite having already paid for my stay and had...
