Our strategic location at the entrance to the historic center, the historic structure dating back to 1896, and the warm and welcoming nature of our international team all contribute to making your stay a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. On the other hand we are very sorry to hear that we could not completely convince you of our breakfast service. Our breakfast team is always eager to provide the best possible service under all circumstances. We always verify the quality of our products and we prepare specialties, such as fried or scrambled eggs, freshly by order. Our most important priority is to guarantee the freshness and quality of the food we serve! Therefore, during particular events, such as the Christmas Market, it might become a little challenging to provide the same high quality to all guests in the shortest time possible. Nevertheless, we always strive to meet your expectations and we therefore apologize if in this case the service took a little longer. Our Hotel VICTORIA is a privately run traditional hotel with over 100 years of history, located in the old town center opposite to the central railway station between the legendary Craftsmen's Yard and the New Museum of Modern Art and Design ... the perfect start for your visit!Of course, we are sad that we were unable to extend your stay in the same room or to offer you an equivalent alternative. Due to the strike, we received numerous inquiries for that night, but unfortunately, we were fully booked. Upon your arrival and registration, we informed you about the situation, and we took note of your request in case of a cancellation. In the next morning, we offered you the option to move into a smaller room – the only one available  - and prioritized your request upon other inquiries. Unfortunately, you declined our offer and decided to move into another hotel.Nevertheless, we hope you had a nice vacation in Nuremberg, and we would like to assure you that we took your request with utmost importance and that we did everything we could at that time to make you feel comfortable and safe.We hope that we could convince you to change your mind about our property and about your experience. Foremost, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the prime location of the hotel within the city and were able to spend a pleasant time in Nuremberg. The Hotel VICTORIA was constructed in 1896, thereby establishing itself as a significant part of the city's history while simultaneously providing our guests with all the modern amenities.We're also one of the few hotels in the old town to have a private underground parking, so we're happy to give our guests the chance to park their car in a safe spot. As you mentioned, the parking spaces are approximately 200 meters from the hotel, but we do provide very helpful parking instructions. Alternatively, you are welcome to park in a nearby public parking lot.We are also thrilled to know that we were able to pamper you with our breakfast buffet. Our breakfast team always comes up with new ways to make our guests' stay even better.On the other hand, we are sad to read that your overall feeling was affected by our housekeeping equipment as well as our daily tasks. We are very sorry for the inconveniences caused by the noise. As we are located in the middle of the center, sometimes there is a little bit of sound around our location. Therefore we have installed sound proof windows and also offer earplugs for free at our reception.Our hotel is a listed building from 1896 so we are subject to many regulations concerning remodeling measures, but we are also constantly investing in renovation. We have already installed air-conditioning in all rooms on 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor and will continue with all remaining areas in the near future. •We would be delighted if you gave us another chance on your next trip to Nuremberg, so that we can convince you completely of our hotel.

We try to make the best possible use of the original structural and for this reason some of the rooms might be a little bit smaller than others. Nevertheless we are constantly investing in renovation works and we also offer a choice of 7 different categories, which you can find listed on our website. Of course we will be happy to assist you with the reservation of your favorite room category next time. The complete installation of air conditioning in this historic of building is also very complicated. Nevertheless, we believe that this is a very important step for the future and we therefore don’t spare any costs and efforts to move forward in this direction.
