Ruined our honeymoon. Worst hotel i have ever seen. Very dirty and the photos are at least 10 years old. Our private pool was so dirty and not usable at all. We requested for another room and was given a room dirtier than the 1st room. Checked out 20 minutes later and still chasing them for a refund. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

This property is just off the main road. It is modern but requires a good spit and polish, but this is Bali and all things considered I would stay here again. It was pleasant and the pool rooms are great for your own space and the ability to take a private dip regardless of the time.

Absolutely , spoiled our stay in bali. Everything except this hotel. Smelly and leaking toilets. Same condition after cleaning every day. Leaking air-conditioning. Not a pleasant stay on the whole. Had a good driver to roam (+6285935047610, wikan) and that was a only consolation for us for all 5 days stay.

Terrible toilet
Approach to hotel was absolutely covered with litter. That put us off before we left the taxi. On entering the hotel my wife was feeling unwell and asked directions to the public toilet. The state of which was so bad she couldn't use it. Covered in faeces, including cistern and walls. We informed the staff that we would not be staying and required a refund. I appreciate that this toilet may have been checked an hour before and been ok, however I can only report our experience as found.

Don't bother...
The bed is literally the only good thing, the lights don't work properly, the bathroom wasn't very clean and I had towels with stains all over them. I left and found another place to stay. Nothing like the photos, so don't be fooled.

The hotel is much older than it looks in the advertised pictures. Also the on site facilities are not what is advertised. Staff were friendly and helpful but I was disappointed in the condition of the hotel.

DISGRACEFUL! Worst hotel we've ever stayed at!
Where do we begin, the "Royal Suite" what a joke! First off we walked into our cigarette smoke smelling, hot room then went to turn the aircon up and the control panel fell off the wall. Our lounge was heavilly stained. This was unacceptable so asked to move rooms, checked out two other rooms all in the same condition. As it was close to midnight we would have to stay one night. Went to have a shower and the toilet and bath were leaking, soap holder totally rusted, towels stained too. Turned tap on in basin where a fountain of water sprayed in my face. The balcony was small where the aircon motor blew hot air straight onto you, wouldn't sit on the lounge as it was filthy. Pulled the bedcovers back to find stains on the sheets, disgusting! The next day went down for breakfast surely this would be better, again let down. Hardly any variety to choose from, 3 small hot asian dishes and eggs and toast. Small fruit plate that was hot. Asked for a coffee with milk which took 10 minutes, the final straw was when we saw the staff member smelling the milk, that was it we were out of there! Went down to get some cash, no shops, restaurants nothing. Packed our things and went to reception and politely asked if we could possibly have a partial refund as what we saw on the website and the star rating was far from acceptable. No luck there either, were told to contact Expedia. In the lobby were exposed wires, maintenace everywhere needed. Now out of pocket over $600, not impressed!

Awful do not stay here!
Driver did not pick me up at airport as arranged. Staff barely speak English. Door to plunge pool broken leaving big gaps for heat and bugs to come in. Front room door did not lock. Safe in room broken.....when I asked to change rooms I had to argue for half an hour to do so and other room was substandard..roof top bar and swim up bar closed because "we not want to open".....nowhere to get drink in hotel. I was booked for 8 nights, stayed two and went elsewhere..highly recommend that you don't stay here!

Almost nothing in our room worked..
The hotel was not really at all what it advertised, it's very possible it is going under. When we got to our room the toilet wasn't flushing and the tap on the sink was non existent. We tried to call down stairs but the phone wasn't working. We went to call someone who managed to fix the tap but not the toilet. The wifi didn't work very well either, often disconnecting after a couple of minutes. Later that evening we also discovered the bathtub drain didn't unplug and the shower had a leak, which flooded the bathroom. The tv also had no remote. At this point it was becoming quite humorous how many things didn't work. The staff like in most of Bali were very friendly but unfortunately the hotel was a bit of a disaster.

Very disappointing
Our room had a terrible smell during the entire stay. A mixture of damp and sewage. Maintenance in the room was non existent. There was a gap around the door leading to the plunge pool large enough for a rat to break in through. We were woken by the rustling noise as it went through our bags and had to chase it out. Despite three people staying in the room we were only ever given two towels every day and no face cloths. Became a joke that we had to ask for the extra towel every day. Looks as though when the hotel was built it would have been beautiful and very luxurious but appears that upkeep was never a priority. Very disappointed with Amaroossa. Can see why their rating keeps decreasing.

No buffet breakfast then even had no eggs!!!!
Only good thing to say is pool was ok, no buffet breakfast because Le occupancy than no eggs , long way from anywhere and none of staff speak very goo English, never again , very disappointed!!!!

Worst hotel experience.
The Amaroosa Suite Bali, Nusa Dua, unfortunately, is not really ready to call itself a tourist experience. The rooms are not clean, safety is an issue, customer service is an issue and it is, in one word -- substandard.

リゾート地のヌサドゥアに泊まりたかったが行ってみるとヌサドゥアの中心地からはタクシーで15分程離れてる場所で海も見えない大通りから少し入った街の中にあるホテル。 その為出掛けるのにタクシー必須。 部屋の作りは、洋風で居心地良く、屋上にバーがあり、プールもあり、レストランは一つ。スタッフは適当なゆるーい感じで日本語解るスタッフは無し。 夜出掛けて飲む必要が無ければおすすめ。 レンタルサイクルもあり!

The hotel is small with a u shape configuration with the pool in the center which is also small and can be seen by the street. The rooms themselves look amazing in the pictures but in reality the place is poorly built and the rooms are dirty. The sliding door onto our balcony would not seal shut so we could hear everything that was going on out in the street all night including the guy that sweeps the street with a broom in the morning. The toilet seat was stained and looked unclean. The bath had a large stain near one end and did not look at all inviting to use. The basins has water mark stains all around. The shower had two separate heads and one of then did not work. When they fixed it they both did not work properly. I asked them to fix the issues I had twice and they were not fixed after being out all day for 9 hours. When I returned I told them I was not happy with the hotel and wanted to check out. They then rushed around trying to fix all the problems so I would stay. I told them I was not happy that I had to tell them I wanted to leave for them to do something about it. They offer to upgrade my room and give me a free dinner for too in their restaurant. I declined as we had already been put off the hotel and the food was not good at the restaurant. The hotel is not near anything with a 80,000 rupiah taksi ride to get to most places and 100,000 to get back to seminyak where all the restaurants are. In total the staff were friendly and that was about it. 1/5 stars.

Poor service more than three times power trip.
My stay in Amaroossa hotel not very happy because the services was not good. more than three time the power trio in the mid night and bath room door not properly fitted hence water drip and floor alwasy wet. TV channels are very blurr the reception of the channel was not good. cafeteria was full of flys.

Kaikinpuolin siisti ja mukavan näköinen hotelli, joka sijaitsi ihan slummi alueella. Matka uima rannalle aivan liian pitkä ja luvattu runsas ja ilmainen aamupala oli surkea ja kuitenki törkeen hintanen. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa, viihdepuolikin olis varmaan ollu ihan kiva jos siellä olisi ollut väkeä. Hotellissa ihan muutama asukki.
