Perfection!
We stayed at The Mulia Resort and had the pleasure to experience the best hospitality we have ever had! As it was our honeymoon they even did more than their best to make our stay unforgettable. It was so clean, luxurious, and the interior/exterior decorator deserves an award for the incredible designs. As for the restaurants, they are european priced, BUT it was excellent and might i say in europe you would pay at least three times as much for this exquisite cuisine! They have incredible management in Mr. koentjoro ( resident manager) and Mr Chung ( director food and beverage), who made sure ALL personell can be applauded for their friendliness and professionalism. Nusa dua is also the perfect base from where you can explore the island, its not at the party side of Bali but more calm. But places like seminyak or ubud are easily reachable within around 45 minutes ( in which the cabdrive alone is sightseeing) All in all, from all the places around the world i have been, the mulia tops them all. In a week we still hadnt seen everything they had too offer, so beautifull and made each day heavenly Ps: DONT skipp the sunday brunch at Soleil!!!

Het hotel is perfect op alle gebied. Wij hebben maar 1 minpunt ervaren ,nl het ontbijt. Het buffet is prima in orde maar t is veel te druk in ontbijtzaal. Aanschuiven, heel druk bezet....maar voor t overige zeker een aanrader....

A great stay
It was a very pleasant stay at Mulia, of course with a couple of downsides. I would like to comment the location, which is actually located deep down in Nusa Dua, making this place a good place to have a private time. Once you are in the hotel, it is difficult to get out unless you have your own vehicle (taxi can be booked as well of course). The room is unbelievably comfortable, creating a good ambiance to stay inside longer. The facilities, such as restaurants, pools, and bars are very nice. We loved it. The personnel are very nice to us and always try to help us. However, I had issues with the room service who always comes to the room. I found coming to the room around 6-8 pm is unnecessary, since most people want to have a private time. There even one time, I forgot to put the "don't disturb" sign and the personnel just came in after seeing no reaction from us after the bell. We were sleeping of course. On that time, I was furious and I called to the room service directory to file a complaint. Secondly, I am aware with the busy time of the hotel, but I saw a long queue for people who wants to have breakfast. This creates an uncomfortable feeling to the guests.

Adembenemend mooi hotel je moet het zien er zijn geen woorden voor. Design, personeel, kamers, faciliteiten, strand, restaurants alles klopt. Kwaliteit van de restaurants ligt zeer hoog, Met name restaurant Soleil is een aanrader. Dit restaurant heeft een chefkok uit California voor internationale kaart en een vietnamese kok voor aziatische kaart. Star quality! Veruit het beste restaurant in Nusa Dua zeker in verhouding prijs/kwaliteit. Edogin (japans restaurant) is ook zeker een bezoek waard, met name het buffet op vrijdag en zaterdag. Enige minpunt was het niet openen van parasols op het strand bij het minste zuchtje wind i.v.m. veiligheid van de gasten. Probleem wordt aan gewerkt/andere parasols. parasols voor het suitegedeelte van hotel werden uiteindelijk voor ons geopend, deze staan nl. in het zand en dus steviger.

ホテルの設計は全体的に自然にマッチしていて、広々と、気を遣わずにリラックスできるパプリックスペースも多く、レストランも美味しかったです。特にソレイユ、室内外とも良かった！ また、スタッフたちの接客は素晴らしかったです。

Very good service. Everything was clean and tidy. I love Bali and I will definitely come back here. The infrastructure of this resort is amazing. Beautiful views and pools.

Fantastic resort, with a little but...
Mulia Resort is an amazing experience in most aspects! There are still some parts of the soft product that can be improved. Almost all staff wearing facemasks at this point feels very cold and gives me a constant reminder of the sad past we had. Service is correct, but lacks warmth, compared to most other hotels in Bali, ive visited during my 30 days here. Buffet at The Cafe is magical, so i didnt have time to check the other restaurant in the resort. As a returning guest at the hotel and gold member at Hotels.com i was hoping for a room with a view, but sadly the backside isnt much to brag about. But all in all, i didnt pay for extra view, but still was hoping for a nice view. Room itself was excellent and the bed could fit a queen, im sure.

Our stay at the Mulia Villas was relaxing and enjoyable. The Villa exceeded expectations & was a comfortable & relaxing space to spend time in. The resort offered many dining, drinking, swimming & relaxing spaces to enjoy. The treatments at the spa were wonderful. The staff in all areas were welcoming, polite, friendly and very accommodating. Especially enjoyed the Living Room. This was a truly relaxing holiday with no real need to leave the resort. Looking forward to returning there again.

Room was average For the money we paid we would have expected a pod coffee machine rather than a plastic white kettle Toiletries were of poor quality, the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel like straw No bathrobes in rooms The pools were very warm , felt like spas and weren’t a comfortable temperature to cool down Otherwise mulia was very well kept And a lovely resort

I first stayed at the Mulia ten years ago and it was outstanding then. Fast forward 10 years and it is still magnificent the best hotel in Bali. However I do believe that a few mini things need to be addressed. Firstly We we’re celebrating our engagement in Soleil restaurant, food was great but service not so good. We hadn’t finished our entree when out came the main meal. I said we need 15 minutes and they gave us 3 minutes. The second was we walked into the bottom area of the hotel that looks over the beach. When I asked a waitress can we have a table for a afternoon drink I was informed that we are not allowed in that area of the hotel and we must leave now. It wasn’t a nice start on our first day at the Mulia. The rest of the stay outstanding.

Has to work on better service during breakfast especially when the hotel has high occupancy as people waited in queues in the mornings just for a table and their restaurant manager was very rude when we raised this to him, telling us that we should come at opening time so as to get a breakfast table if we don’t want to wait, rather then being courteous and trying to figure out a ln easier process to avoid people waiting, he opted to give his personal suggestion.
