'Hair in eggs on breakfast and the worst thing is that the staff was checking the availability and didn’t care at all. The bathroom cabin leaks a lot after an average shower. The spa is so-so and the changing rooms are bad. It’s outdated as everything. Summary: I have no idea why there’s so high rating.'

'I asked them to change my booking with one day (litteraly postponing it for one day: arrival one day later, departure one day later). They said hotels.com should "allow them" to do so, when calling hotels.com, they said they could not reach the hotel and that the hotel had 72 hours to react, which was too late... Anyway the hotel was not willing to do anything and prefers to keep the money of one night instead of providing a small service to its customers. Terrible short-sighted attitude. If you...
