Mijl vrij uitzicht op de oceaan en het zandstrand in uw achtertuin! Enorme overdekte achterporch voor u om gewoon rond te hangen en te genieten van de wind, kijk naar de dolfijnen of boten die voorbij komen. Binnen is de grote kamer met een direct uitzicht op de oceaan. Geen buren aan elke kant om privacy te waarborgen. De keuken is volledig uitgerust om grote maaltijden te bereiden. Er is een grote tafel met plaats 8 voor een familiebijeenkomst met uitzicht op de oceaan ook! Word wakker met het geluid van de oceaan op de 2 slaapkamers aan de voorzijde. De plattegrond is een split, zodat elke kant van het huis zijn badkamer heeft. Er zijn 3 queensize bedden en 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Lakens en handdoeken, 4 tv's, full size wasmachine, droger, Netflix en snelle WiFi zijn inbegrepen in uw verblijf. Er is een warme / koude douche aan de oceaanzijde om de golven te horen als een douche nemen. Binnen 10 minuten lopen naar de supermarkt, bars, restaurants en winkels!

Er is een limiet van 1 huisdier tot 75 lbs. Werf is volledig omheind, ideaal voor huisdieren en kinderen! (Omheind was voltooid na de luchtfoto's)
 
3 dagen min verhuur behalve voor juni - augustus is 7 dagen verhuur zaterdag tot zaterdag.

Great pet-friendly beach house

We really enjoy that the property is right on the beach with a large deck that provides shade. Appreciated the deck updates (we were last there in 2019). The fenced-in feature is great for our dog. Enjoyed our stay!

My sister and a lot of her family stayed at Pack House across the street and my baby sister, my neice and a friend of hers stayed at Boys of Summer. It was PERFECT!!! The beach deck is the most outstanding gathering point! We all loved every single second! Thanks for sharing your fabulous place!!

This is a place that we will be returning to next year. When we walked inside it was amazing. The open concept and comfort was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The home was very clean and well stocked with what we needed for our stay. The beach is right outside the deck. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. Great location. Close to everything, beach, grocery store, souvenirs, restaurants. Rockers on the porch were awesome. Watched the waves, dolphins, migrating sea birds, stars and satellites for hours. Would rent again.

Amazing View!

Very clean house in a great location. Amazing sunset and sunrise views right from the deck! The fenced in area under the house was perfect for our dog. We had no issues with the public beach access being close by. Not having any immediate neighbors on either side (other than some neat driftwood sculptures :) ) made for a very peaceful stay. The sliding door to the back deck takes a little bit of effort to open and close, but not a big deal for us. We would absolutely return again!

Loved sitting on the porch in the early mornings and late evenings watching the waves. Nice no one was right beside us. Very clean but older beach house, could feel give in the floor in some places. Had a nice time..

Quaint cottage with great view

Positives: great location with great views. Nice not to have neighbors to each side. Negatives: “Beach access” is public and runs directly against the side of the house so there is high foot traffic right next to the house all day and night. Emailed the owners and was told the access is public but folks shouldn’t be walking on property. Unfortunately the path of least resistance to walkers is on the property’s sidewalk and across the driveway as the town has not kept up with keeping the public access cleared to the street as it should be. We were surprised at times to see folks within feet of us in the yard as we were coming out of the outdoor shower and laundry room. Asking folks not to come onto the property was often met with rudeness so for our family’s safety we decided to be non confrontational. If the public path can be properly cleared and roped off from the property, it will give walkers a path away from the house. I really wish the public access were properly described in the listing and not so vague. We would not have rented this property if we had known that we would have random and sometimes rude folks continuously on the property and leaving their things at the access point. Also, the kitchen has barely enough utensils and tools to be called a well stocked kitchen. We made things work but for the $$ we paid, we expected a little more attention to details. Honestly, a little bit of attention to detail would have made this house much more hospitable and worth the rental price.
