'Room was just right. I arrived very late in the night and the staff helped me even though my reservation had technically been deemed a no-show at midnight. So for that reason the service I received was excellent.

'One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everything felt clean and tidy. Beautiful updated decor and colors. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was better than most. My kids aged 5-11 loved the pool, absolutely perfect for that age range. There was happy hour on weekdays so my husband and I got complimentary wine and the kids got a free soda. The employee mentioned that this happens when the tub above us is used because there is a crack in it. His response indicated that this happens frequently. 'Breakfast was supposedly served until 9:00 but at 8:20 all protein was completely gone. There was no milk for cereal… and one singular yogurt. My family had to eat waffles only. No butter just margarine and syrup. I did ask the desk for more eggs or sausage for a group of young men that came hungry to the breakfast area. 'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....
