BOVEN HET SUMMIT BEKIJK HOME

Doe alsof u thuis bent in ons aangenaam ingerichte huis in de bergen. Gelegen op een Cul-de-Sac, genesteld in de buurt van het bos. Boven loft die uitkomt op een groot dek met uitzicht op Thornberry berg en sterren kijken. Geniet van het gebruik van de BBQ & buiten dineren of ontspannen bij onze gezellige vuurplaats. Ongeveer 10 minuten naar de stad, 10 minuten naar Bass Lake en 20 kilometer naar ingang Yosemite Park. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor uw boot, ATV of sneeuwscooters. We hopen dat je dit jarenlang tot een ontspannende vakantie maakt!

Ontsnap aan de stad om te genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen in ons afgelegen huis met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers.
Grote open familiekamer met gewelfde plafonds, een groot tv-scherm (met gebruik van Netflix en Amazon) om u te ontspannen en te ontspannen na uw avonturen.
Ouderslaapkamer: Cal King met 2e badkamer
2e slaapkamer: Queen bed en poort een wieg in de kast voor gebruik.
3e slaapkamer: queensize bed
Bovenverdieping: Inclusief een futon die wordt omgezet in een eenpersoonsbed met traagschuim top. Een logeerbed met traagschuim top. Bovendien is er nog een draagbare tweeling beschikbaar voor gebruik.
Bank in de woonkamer: Vouw full size bed met traagschuim top en beddengoed beschikbaar in de poef.
Hoofdbadkamer: bad met douche, nieuwe tegelvloeren, groot aanrecht en wastafel, verhoogd toilet met veiligheidshandvat (beide badkamers.)

Ontbijtproducten worden verstrekt, zoals melk, sap, ontbijtgranen, fruit, havermout, brood, enz. De volledig geladen keuken heeft borden, potten en pannen, fornuis, magnetron, koffiepot, broodrooster, handmixer, zout en peper, koffie, suiker en bakolie en theezakjes.

Er is een vaatwasser als je besluit om te koken. Laat alsjeblieft de keuken staan ​​zoals je hem gevonden hebt.

Elke kamer heeft een uniek uitzicht op onze verscheidenheid, het buitenleven met veel bomen. Geniet van de natuur met alle gemakken van thuis.

Houd er bij het reserveren rekening mee dat er twee toiletten zijn. Als je voor 10 reserveert, weet dan dat er 4-5 personen naar een badkamer gaan. Er is een warmwatertank om te delen.

Het 6-hectare grote landgoed is gezegend met indrukwekkende rotsuitstulpingen, pijnbomen, eiken en veel wilde bloemen in de lente. Gehele woning, veranda, terras, tuin, plus de wasmachine en droger gelegen in de garage. Verharde oprit heeft voldoende ruimte om te parkeren, samen met RV elektrische aansluitingen als dat nodig is. Woning is niet omheind. Je moet een riem voor je huisdieren meenemen. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor uw gezin of trailer met uw motorfiets, boot of speelgoed. Er zijn veel paden in de buurt om je off-road voertuigen aan te trekken voor een dag vol avontuur.
Houd er rekening mee dat de accommodatie niet is omheind. Dit is in een landelijk berggebied, je hoort mogelijk de buurman zijn vuurwapen overdag alleen ontladen. 24 uur bewakingscamera bewakingscamera buiten bij de voordeur. Als u de camera wijzigt of bedekt, zal uw aanbetaling verloren gaan

The entire Family Loved it!

This place is super comfortable, very well laid out so that we we're all together without being on top of each other, and it is spotlessly clean! The area around this home is beautiful, the grandkids loved the tree swing, looking out of the balcony off the loft, and exploring around the property. All adults enjoyed the size, the cleanliness, the comfortable furniture and beds, and the pleasing layout of this home. Thank you for being wonderful hosts! We'd love to stay here again!

Spacious Cabin close to Bass Lake

We stayed at Heather's place with my family for Labor Day weekend and had a pleasant experience. The house is located just 12 minutes from the lake. There is an upstairs balcony where you can sit and relax while seeing the sky and mountains. The place also comes with kitchen appliances, so you'll have everything you need during your stay. Heather's place is also pet-friendly, so our little dog had a great time too. The outside area and patio are also great; we enjoyed sitting around the fire and making smores. The WiFi is strong. The bedrooms are very spacious. Overall good experience.

Bass Lake Trip at the Above the Summit

It was generally adequate and basically clean and organized yet refrigerators were not cleaned as would be expected, dusting of furniture could have been better and the floors seemed to have been swept but not mopped as walking barefoot or in socks revealed dirt on the day. Also patio was not swept with a lot of debris. BBQ was very dirty. Wi-Fi was intermittent. Not likely to return. The above may be due to pricing which was very fair compared to other properties. Lake was further than anticipated. Very spacious. Overall it was older and more dated than expected. Kitchen was very functional but was stocked with odds and ends.

Awesome family vacation

Charming and clean home that accommodate our family of 10 perfectly. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen size was awesome. It had everything we needed. We appreciated the extra towels available. The backyard was perfect for our kiddos ages 3-6. The kid swing was a nice touch. The evenings spent by the fire pit were our favorite. The lake and center of town were not too far away. We’ll definitely book this home again. Memories were made and laughs were had. It was wonderful.

The house is very nice and I would rent it again. The inside is nice and it was clean. The only negative is the beds were to soft. I like a firm bed. The picture shows some level of grass in the front yard, its weeds but not out of control. We're having a drought so that likely plays a part. The backyard is nice, we enjoyed the patio & fire pit each night. The house is a little remote but not difficult to find. On the positive side it is peaceful and quiet.

This is the best holiday home in the area!

This place is a perfect retreat in the forest. The place is huge and amazing situated. They have great amenities for all age groups. We enjoyed everything from the board games they had to the outdoor tree-swing and fire pit. The house is great and well maintained. But the highlight of this home has been the communication we received from Heather (the owner/manager). She has been prompt and courteous in all responses at all times of the time. She's been very quick to respond. Almost instantaneous during our stay. And they made thoughtful touches around the house to highlight the welcoming atmosphere.

We stayed here one night on our way from the NW to the SW due to relocation. We wanted a dog friendly & comfortable house. We found it! Heather was a amazing host who checked in, answered questions, and was very helpful. The attention to detail was really nice as well. And, the king bed was so comfy we got a great nights sleep. There was even a dog bed in the master bedroom. We wish we would have been on vacation and not a quick overnight stay. Would love to go back and explore the surrounding area!

Great!!

Perfect Stay Close to Yosemite!

We absolutely loved our stay at Heather’s rental property in Oakhurst, where we stayed overnight on our way to Yosemite. This rental is privately located in a beautiful setting and is spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. There are also plenty of restaurants/stores nearby for your convenience. Heather was a great communicator and rental instructions were very easy…we especially appreciated all of the goodies Heather provided for breakfast so we did not have to stop on our way to Yosemite! Our sincere thanks to Heather for taking such good care of us!

Beautiful Home In A Quiet Setting
