Riverfront woning met watervallen in de buurt van Yosemite en Bass Lake

Geniet van uw privé-uitje in het beste huis en locatie in de omgeving. Slechts 5 minuten naar het centrum van Oakhurst, 10 minuten naar Bass Lake en 20 minuten naar de zuidelijke ingang van Yosemite.

Dit prachtige 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers 2000 vierkante voet huis ligt tegen de achtergrond van uw eigen gedeelte van de rivier de Fresno. Geniet van het spectaculaire uitzicht en rustgevende geluiden van een 25 voet waterval vanaf het uitgestrekte terras. Lounge in de schaduw van de parasols direct aan de rivier, of barbecue op de vuurplaats buiten of op onze patio propaangrill.

Een volledig uitgeruste keuken met ramen die uitkijken op de waterval wordt geleverd met alle gemakken van thuis: borden, mokken, potten, pannen, een koffiezetapparaat en pers, crock-pot, wafelijzer en nog veel meer!

De grote familiekamer met gewelfde plafonds en grote ramen is ideaal voor een familiebijeenkomst, filmavond of gewoon ontspanning. De eet- en keukengedeeltes combineren totale zitruimte voor 16 personen. De eethoek in de patio biedt 6 stoelen en een tafel.

Met slaapruimte voor maximaal 15 personen en voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor campers of een boot, kan deze pittoreske locatie zorgen voor een onvergetelijke vakantie voor het hele gezin of een sereen uitje voor een romantisch weekend voor twee. . We willen graag een paar onderbrengen buiten het seizoen voor zo laag als $ 250 per nacht (feestdagen zijn uitgesloten).

De master suite op de eerste verdieping beschikt over een comfortabel queensize bed, een tweepersoonsslaapbank, een grote inloopkast, een eigen badkamer met een bubbelbad en een deur naar de patio. De tweede verdieping heeft twee slaapkamers en gedeelde complete badkamer. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een groot bed en slaapkamer drie bevat een tweepersoonsbed en een stapelbed. Er zijn twee queensize slaapbanken, een opklapbaar eenpersoonsbed en een campingmatras in de woonkamer.

Voorzieningen zijn onder andere centrale verwarming / airconditioning, tv en dvd-speler, koelkast, magnetron, vaatwasser, gratis WiFi, wasmachine en droger, bordspellen, boeken, dvd's, sportspellen en meer! Beddengoed, handdoeken, zeep, shampoo / conditioner, föhn en strijkijzer zijn allemaal aanwezig.

Amazing house and location

The pictures and description do not do justice to the landscape of this house. At the bottom of a small hill on the property is as beautiful a waterfall as you can imagine that spills into a pretty but shallow stream. There are rocks and a little natural terrace where they have placed beach chairs that you can relax on to the sound of the rushing water. The water is shallow enough you can walk in and fun for kids and for dogs. The house itself is very comfortable with 3 generous bedrooms and a walkin closet in the master. There are two full size refrigerators in the kitchen, which is extremely helpful if you have a large group. We had 9 people and two dogs so the extra storage and cooking space was helpful. They have a nice stove and plenty of counter space. There is a 4 burner blackstone griddle out back which turned out very handy for pancakes, eggs and bacon in the morning and cooking hamburgers and tacos in the evening. The air conditioning in the house is really nice with both whole house central air as well as mini-splits in the bedrooms. All in all, our family had a wonderful time, were delighted with the waterfall and with the owner's responsiveness and would highly recommend the property.

Perfect Family Spot

This property was amazing inside and out. My 3 and 4 year old loved the playground, waterfall, and toys available at the house. The adults loved the amenities equally as much. Yelena was accommodating and quick to respond. The property was clean and exactly as pictured. It was the perfect spot for us! If we ever come back to this area we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

A lovely home in a great location...

Our family stayed at the Waterfall House a couple of weeks ago and we couldnt have been happier. The house itself is very charming and well upkept, the playground as well as the backyard waterfall were both such fun for the kids and you can't beat the location, being just minutes outside Oakhurst, Bass Lake and less than 30mins to Yosemite NP, it was everything we could have asked for. The only thing we didn’t fully comprehend from the photos in the listing was how steep and far down the hill to the waterfall was from the house, but, with help from the adults, the kids were still able to go down and enjoy it so overall we were very happy with our stay and the host :)

Vacation Races

A group of us women do a vacation race together every year and rent a home so we can stay together. This house was lovely. Walk down to the waterfall and soak your feet in the cold water. The hot tub was great for after a long hike. Location was peaceful and the owner was great with communication. Thank you !

Perfect house for a Yosemite vacation

This house is great. So close to the entrance of the park. (20 min drive) we had planned on going to the park everyday for hikes but the waterfall area in the back yard was so nice and fun for the kids and adults we took two days off just to play around the house. There’s 2 different grocery store that have everything you could ever need 5 mins from the house. Love the house love the host, nothing bad to say at all.

We had a wonderful stay at the Waterfall House. Everything was clean and spacious. Yelena, the owner was personable and answered all my questions. The adults, as well as the children had a fun experience of walking down to the waterfall area and swimming in the pools. The mornings and evenings were spectacular, getting to sit out on the deck and watch the sunrise and experience the sounds of the waterfall while enjoying the landscape. Great Family Vacation Spot

Immaculate. That was my first impression. Everything was neat and tidy. The house has everything you need. We had 8 adults and 2 dogs - everyone loved the house, location and the waterfall area. It was great watching kids (ages 17-22) as well as the dogs explore each day. The house is so centrally located we were able to rent a boat on Bass Lake, go to the movies, visit Yosemite or just relax by the waterfall. Yelena was amazing and checked on us via text and was available if I had any questions. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful setting and great host

This was a beautiful home. It accommodated all 13 of us easily. Waking up every morning and having our coffee on the back porch overlooking the waterfall was wonderful. The homeowner was very nice and easy to communicate with, even suggesting things to do in the area if you wanted a break from Yosemite. It is an easy drive to the national parks near by as well as the Fresno airport. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you Yelena for opening up your home to us!

Creek access!

This was a great place with lots of extras!! It had a nice gazebo with plenty of seating and propane fire pit, a really nice play structure that the grandkids loved, a basketball hoop and ball, tether ball, porch all around the house with plenty of sitting areas, then the waterfall creek area to swim, and fish it was the ultimate spot for lots of memory making with umbrella and seats next to the swimming hole!! We loved this place!!! There was 5 adults and 6 kiddos!!

Better than expected

The house was better than we expected. Prior to arriving, the owner gave us clear instructions on how to access the house. The kids were excited to see all the amenities that the house had (games for kids, playground, waterfall). The adults liked that the house was clean and well organized. There was only 9 of us, but for larger parties, there is a second refrigerator. The owner was very responsive when we had questions about our stay. She even gave us recommendations on restaurants and places to visit (which we greatly appreciated). We all enjoyed the stay and look forward to returning next year. Great property and location

The property was very comfortable for 2 families. The playground structure was awesome! Stunning views of the waterfall with access for the kids to play in the creek. The kitchen was functional with plenty of fridge space. Easy access to Bass Lake and Yosemite. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Great stay!

Very spacious and comfortable house - plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and a dog. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces - the gazebo, lawn games, grill, and of course the private waterfall! Convenient location, close to Yosemite's South Gate, Bass Lake, and the grocery stores in Oakhurst.

Wonderful Waterfall House

This property exceeded our expectations and the pictures really do not do this place justice! We were a group of 6 adults and 6 kids (8-11 years old) staying in the house and we had 2 adults and 1 kid staying in their RV in the driveway. Tons of parking out front even with the RV and three SUVs. The house is conveniently located about 1 hr drive to Yosemite, 1.5 hours down the Yosemite Valley, 20 mins to Bass Lake and about 15 mins to Oakhurst. There is a bit of a hill down to the river/waterfall but so worth it. The river was calm while we where there and we spent our late afternoons after hiking in Yosemite or boating at Bass Lake just lounging in the river while the kids swam & played. The house was well organized with tons of plenty of kitchen amenities. We ended up using the griddle/grill out back for nearly all our meals and the two full size fridges in the house was a nice added bonus given the number of families sharing the house. The A/C was a godsend as we were there during a heat wave and each bedroom also has its own mini split as well. Evenings were spent lounging on the back deck star gazing and listening to the river. Ton of outside space to lounge between all the decks and the gazebo. Yelena was amazing to work with and quickly responded to all our questions and phone calls. Though she does reside on the property, you would never know it! Everyone was super happy with the place and all said we would rent again in a heartbeat.

Home away from home

We were getting married that week and it was the perfect location for us as it was close to Oakhurst and a short drive from Yosemite Valley so it was a good balance of city and nature. Our friends stayed with us but it never felt crowded. The waterfall was absolutely gorgeous and fun to sit around and relax. Yelena was so friendly and accommodating, she truly has a gem of a property. Easy to book, easy to stay, easy to love! This was an amazing experience.
