'A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.'

'There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! '

'Sunseeker had great amenities like a huge variety of food options, spa experiences, multiple pools. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooms were spacious and mostly clean. We had a minor incident with one of the beds not being clean and not having night housekeeping available to make the bed. The night concierge were not very friendly or helpful. '

'About what you’d expect from a motel style stay. Older building but rooms are kept clean and somewhat updated with that old familiar motel room smell. Staff was pleasant and eager to help. Parking was plentiful with the ability to park outside of your room. I didn’t use the pool or attend the free breakfast. '

'Jim was great, condo was clean and well equipt. We stayed 2 weeks and would return. We found over 1000 sharks teeth at the local beaches! There are 2 clubs across the cove that play live music until 10 p.m.'
