A piece of mind on 12 acres in the country. Located on boat ramp rd of Enid Lake. 30 min drive to Sardis Lake, Grenada Lake, & Ole Miss and 15 min from Water Valley. Recreation Area with huge deck, picnic tables, pool table, ping pong, foosball with a commercial kitchen & dining area. Wraparound deck overlooks pond. Prime location with horse trails and horse trailer parking. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats. Property meets Corp land. Serene, Country Getaway or great for Crappie Fishing!

My family and I were treated like family the whole time we were there. Clean, nice, safe and great location for fishing and getting away. Will definitely be back.

Great getaway cabin

Short vacay

We chose this property for the entertainment for the kids. They enjoyed the pool table and playing air hockey. A short drive to enid lake they enjoyed the swimming area. The overall impression was good we loved the decor of the cabin. It was clean and cozy.

Great place to stay for families

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is very cozy and perfect for the kids, who stayed in the loft room. There is a pavilion full of games, also, a grill and huge fire pit for roasting marshmallows. So much space and a lot to do for all four of our kids. Dawn the hostess was very nice and helpful. Our kids all agreed they’d love to go back

Beautiful cabin. Quiet. Peaceful. Clean. Host was very friendly, welcoming, and provided a delicious hot meal one night. She even offered us another night for free. Pavillion next door had pool table, ping pong, etc. If you need to relax and get away, this is definitely the place to go. We will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends.

Perfect family getaway! Beautiful property!

This property is perfect for a family getaway! It was clean, cozy, plenty of room with beautiful scenery! The cabin also has a party pavilion perfect for entertaining a big group full of games, a commercial kitchen, fire pit, grill, picnic tables, card tables, pool table, ping pong table, and fully stocked! It also has a beautiful pond with a pier! The boat ramp to Enid lake is less than two miles and also has a bathroom! The property manager was super friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this place! Very kid friendly! We will for sure be back!

Not three bedrooms

This property is advertised as three bedrooms. It is NOT three bedrooms. The third bedroom is a loft. You cannot stand up in the loft. The stairs to the loft are steep and end in a three foot step. You then crawl through an approximate 2.5 by 3.5 foot opening into the loft and crawl to your bed. Exiting the loft is precarious.

Great Stay minus a couple of points

The property is amazing and well worth the trip and money paid for it. Plenty of space for the family of four. The issues I had were with cleanliness. The refrigerator was dirty when we checked in and the place was dusty throughout (not too heavy). The loft area smelled like urine and so no one slept or played up there during our stay. There's very little reception at the property if you have AT$T and the wi-fi was unable to support wi-fi calling (most calls were dropped). Overall, a good property, but we would have enjoyed it more if it was cleaner (Especially since we paid a $95 cleaning fee as part of the booking process.
