Transit: There's a bus on 35th Ave, close to the property. The Fruitvale BART station is about 5 minutes by car and 10-12 minutes by bike. It's 3 stops on BART from Fruitvale to Embarcadero in San Francisco.

There are two small 1 bedroom rentals also on the property. Tenants are friendly and considerate.

This is not a particularly high crime area and place is secure. The unit is away from the street. There is a locked gate and an alarm system.

$2500 with utilities included. Security deposit $1500.
Non-smokers only. No smoking on the property.
