Other Details to note

- This is a 2Bed/2Bath ground floor suite of a duplex.
Our home(duplex) has two completely private suites with separate entries and private living spaces.
As part of our recent remodeling, we thoughtfully added soundproofing between the upstairs and downstairs to ensure a peaceful and comfortable experience. The layout was updated to make the space bright and airy, thanks to all new 13 windows and a generous 6 foot sliding glass door that brings in abundant natural light and fresh air.

- The upstairs suite will have kind and thoughtful VRBO guests like you.

Free Parking:
One Driveway parking spot is $25/day or $50/stay. Please send us a message to reserve the fenced in driveway spot.

Free Street parking is usually pretty easy!
No Permit required.

Street Parking on the entire street is free. Please be aware of street cleaning days (2nd & 4th Mondays and Tuesdays: 12.30 - 3.30pm).

Early Check-in / Late Checkout:
Additional fees of $50/hr from the standard time.

Please ask us for an early check-in, we will try our best to accommodate you.

The additional fee helps us get the place ready as per your schedule and compensate our cleaners for the extra help they bring in accordingly.
