Entertainment



The upstairs game room is a true gathering spot. You'll find a full pool table - complete with balls, four sticks with intact tips, and chalk - alongside a ping pong table and an 84" smart TV. A secondary 36" TV in the game room means you can catch the game while the ping pong match runs on the other side of the room. Kids and adults alike will be fighting over game room time all weekend.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked for serious home cooking. You'll have a full suite of pots, pans, baking dishes, and prep tools - everything from a mixer and blender to a roasting pan and cookie sheets. Servingware is calibrated to the guest count, with plates, mugs, glasses, and utensils for all 14. Grilling utensils are included for outdoor cookouts. The dishwasher makes cleanup easy after big group meals.



Technology



Seven smart TVs are spread throughout the property, so no one misses a moment of their show. The main living room anchors the experience with a 65" screen, while bedrooms and the game room each have their own. All TVs are smart-enabled with streaming access. High-speed internet is provided through Xfinity, with the router located in the main floor living room beside the fireplace.



Laundry



A full washer and dryer are available on the main floor near the breaker panel - ideal for longer stays or families with kids who need a mid-trip refresh.



Outdoor



Step out back and find a private hot tub alongside a wood-burning fire pit - the kind of setup that turns a good evening into a great memory. A fully working propane grill is available on the side of the house near the main entry door. Propane refills are the guest's responsibility. Grilling utensils are included. The surrounding wooded setting and lake views make the outdoor spaces feel like their own destination.



Community Amenities



Guests have access to the community pool - look for the key fob on a lanyard hanging by the main door, marked "pool and tennis." The pool is located near the community entrance when you first come in. A dumpster is also available near the pool house at the community entrance for easy trash disposal.



Guest Access:

Luxury Lake offers straightforward self-check-in. The driveway is paved, flat, and comfortably fits up to 6 cars, with additional RV parking available. GPS navigation to the property works reliably. Thermostats are located on the main floor living room wall by the double doors, and a second thermostat is in the upstairs game room for personalized comfort on each level. Your host is available as needed throughout your stay.
