Newly renovated November 2024! Cozy vacation apartment "Hygge-Alpin" Oberstdorf

We’ve recently renovated the apartment for you: double bed, closets, TV with internet connection, digital heating control (underfloor heating), doors, dishwasher, fresh paint on the walls and ceilings, etc.

The “Hygge-Alpin” apartment is located in the Sport Alpin building (dog-friendly) in the Tiefenbach neighborhood of Oberstdorf on Lochbachstraße and sits at an elevation of approximately 905 meters. The “Hygge-Alpin” vacation apartment is on the mezzanine level (first floor) and features bright, modern furnishings. It features 2 rooms: a living room with a dining area and corner bench, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a new wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet. In the combined living and sleeping area, there is a couch that can be pulled out into a sofa bed with an integrated slatted frame and mattress. The separate bedroom is cozily furnished with a double bed, ensuring restful and comfortable nights. The open kitchen adjoins the living area and is fully equipped. In addition to plates, cutlery, glasses, and cups, it also includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The bathroom features a hair dryer and a heated towel rack. This modernly furnished vacation rental is suitable for 1–3 people.

The property’s location offers a great starting point for hikes, walks, and bike rides to the hiking and ski areas of the Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal mountain railways. Afterward, return to the “Hygge-Alpin” vacation rental and enjoy its peaceful setting with a view of the mountains. The center of Tiefenbach and the bus stop are only about 200 meters away, and Oberstdorf is approximately 7 km away. There are also restaurants in Tiefenbach. The building contains several vacation apartments, as well as a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and ski storage in the basement. Please bring your own bed linens (duvet size: 135 cm x 200 cm), towels, dish towels, and toilet paper, or you’re welcome to book these separately.

Free parking spaces are available in front of the house. The property is not wheelchair accessible. Families with children are very welcome!
Dogs are also welcome in the house and in the apartment!

A bread delivery service is available for the house, where you can order fresh bakery items, Allgäu specialties, and newspapers in the morning.

Additional costs:
- Electricity, water, and heating costs: are included in the rental price.
- The final cleaning fee, charged once per stay (mandatory), is already included in the portal price (host fees).
- Visitor’s tax (mandatory): The visitor’s tax for the municipality of Oberstdorf is tiered based on the guests’ ages and cannot be included in the price calculation. Please provide us with the addresses and dates of birth of all travelers after you receive your booking confirmation. The visitor’s tax is calculated based on the number of days of stay. Partial days count as full days. The arrival and departure days are counted together as one day.

As of 20.12.2025, the following visitor’s tax per day of stay applies in Spa District II:
• For guests aged 16 and older: 4.15 €
• Children and teenagers aged 9 to 15: 3.55 €
• Children under 9 are exempt from the visitor’s tax.

- Bed linens and towels: one-time fee of 25€ per guest (optional)
