Relax in this peaceful, serene home located in a quiet, spacious Ocala neighborhood just minutes from Rainbow River, Crystal River, and the World Equestrian Center. Whether visiting for a weekend or making Ocala your extended home for a period of time, this immaculate, BRAND NEW home boasts plenty of space and privacy so you can unwind and enjoy the Horse Capital of the World and everything beautiful Central Florida has to offer!

The home is located in a quiet, spacious Ocala neighborhood. The interior of the home is an open concept plan with the living room, kitchen, and dining room existing in a large space with vaulted ceilings. Two bedrooms and one bathroom reside on one side of the home and the primary bedroom and the primary bathroom existing on the opposite side of the home.

Guests have private access to the entire property (with the exception of a closet used for storage and cleaning services, located in the bedroom with two beds).

The neighborhood is quiet and incredibly private with homes being spread out and on large lots of land.

Complimentary parking is located on the driveway in front of the house.

PET POLICY: Up to two dogs are permitted. The maximum weight of each dog is twenty-five pounds.

All pet(s) must be approved prior to submitting a reservation. If pet(s) are permitted they cannot be left unattended in the property unless left in a kennel. Guest acknowledges they are responsible for all damages attributable to any pet. Guest assumes all liability for damages attributable to any pet, including, but not limited to, damage to furnishings, walls, floor, windows, appliances, damages stemming from animal bites, etc.

Unless specified on reservation, no pets are allowed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of payment or damage deposit (if applicable) except for those properties which specifically allow pet(s) on the listing and the Guest specifies on the reservation pets will occupy them.

Guest agrees that Property Manager and Property Manager’s agents will not be liable for any loss of or damage to any personal property in or on the rental premises or stored in rooms or places provided to Guest in connection therewith, nor will Property Manager or Property Manager’s agents or employees be liable to Guest, Guest`s family, guests, or agents for failure to repair or maintain any part of the rental premises or property contained therein absent gross negligence. Guest further agrees that neither Property Manager, nor Property Manager’s agents or employees will be liable for any damage to the personal property of the Guest, Guest`s family, guests, or agents arising from theft, vandalism, fire, water, rain, acts of God or government, interruption of utilities, acts of others or other third party or external causes whatsoever.

Guest is responsible for and will indemnify the Property Manager and Property Manager’s agents and hold them harmless from any and all claims, liability, demands, actions, causes of action, expenses, damages, losses or injuries sustained by any person including Guest, Guest`s family, agents, guests or invitees as a result of or arising from the Guest`s subject occupancy and tenancy, including, but in no way limited to claims arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, spa-pool, water area or dock, which are part of the rental premises. Guest will also be liable and indemnify Property Manager for attorney`s fees and court costs incurred by Property Manager in enforcing any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this reservation or which are sustained by Property Manager as a result of or arising from or during Guest`s subject occupancy and tenancy.

Guest agrees to thermostat temperature usage between 70° F and 78° F when set to cool, and 66° F and 72° F when set to heat.

Guest agrees to responsible grill usage, including but not limited to maintaining usage strictly in the gravel area, and turning off propane tank when not in use.

Guest agrees to refrain from smoking inside the property and within a 50-foot radius of the house. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Guest agrees to refrain from entering areas with signage designating no guest areas.

Guest agrees to ensure property is locked and secure any time they leave the premises.
