Welcome to Mulberry Blooms, a peaceful, spacious home located in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by beautiful, mature trees. Pet friendly! This home offers three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a dedicated workspace, and a large, open living area. Minutes from Downtown Ocala and just over an hour to the bustling city of Orlando, guests have plenty to do to make Central Florida their next getaway destination!

Mulberry Blooms offers three bedrooms (each with their own closet for plenty of storage), two full bathrooms with toiletry amenities, a half bathroom, a large, stocked kitchen, a dining room table that accommodates four guests plus a kitchen island that accommodates an additional three, a spacious living room with a smart TV for streaming and a large sectional couch, and a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent for guests to use.

Guests can also take advantage of the dedicated workspace, complete with a sofa, desk, and smart TV.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy their morning coffee on the rocking chairs located on the back patio. The back yard is large and private but please note it is not fenced in for dogs.

Guests also have exclusive access to the two-car garage.

Mulberry Blooms is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

PET POLICY: Up to two dogs are permitted. The maximum weight of each dog is twenty-five pounds.

All pet(s) must be approved prior to submitting a reservation. If pet(s) are permitted they cannot be left unattended in the property unless left in a kennel.
Guest acknowledges they are responsible for all damages attributable to any pet. Guest assumes all liability for damages attributable to any pet, including, but not limited to, damage to furnishings, walls, floor, windows, appliances, damages stemming from animal bites, etc.

A maximum of SIX guests and visitors are allowed at the property. The `NO PARTIES` policy is strictly enforced.

Be advised lawn crews may conduct regularly scheduled services at the house while guests are present. Lawn crews will not disturb guests while conducting services.

Parking is only permitted on the driveway, the garage, and the street immediately in front of the house.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND is allowed at the property.
