2 bedroom, 2 bathroom end unit condo with tons of renovations and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City! This ground level condo is only 2 blocks and short walk to the beach and Atlantic Ocean! You'll vacation in style with all the recent upgrades in this perfectly located condo. Recent upgrades include new vinyl plank flooring, new paint, new bathrooms, and new living room and dining room furniture. This condo also has a large sunroom backing to a wooded area so you can relax in peace yet still be only minutes from the ocean, restaurants, shops, etc. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedrom has two twin beds. There is also a queen sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. You'll also enjoy high speed internet/wifi, a Smart TV in the living room (which you can access with your login credentials,) central air conditioning, a washer and dryer and two parking spaces. The pool is open seasonally, typically Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend.

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $110. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

***We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
