Amazing 2 BR 1 BA Ocean Block Condo with Ocean Views

This amazing unit was just renovated and brings a sophisticated elegance to the beach! You'll know you are in for an amazing experience as soon as you walk through the door. Freshly painted throughout, the owner uses modern grays with white accents, cool greens, soft blues along with amazing paneled and wallpapered accent walls. You will love the beautiful "wood styled" laminate flooring though out. The Living room features a new sofa and chaise for gathering around the fireplace or watching your favorite show on the huge flat screen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, white granite countertops, elegant tile backsplash along with new cabinetry and is ready for those times when you want to eat in. The coffee station comes with both a Keurig and drip coffee makers. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with two full size beds. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated and have "rain fall" shower heads! There is a full-size washer and dryer along with WIFI for those of you that must "stay connected". The balcony has a table for enjoying your coffee while you look out to the beach and is also the perfect spot to watch the cars during Crusin' OC!

In addition, to all the great updates listed above, this unit is only a block away from the beach and is strategically located on 69th street. It is the ideal location to experience all that Ocean City has to offer weather you head north or south. If you don't want to go too far, you will be close to fabulous dining options such as Dead Freddie's, Touch of Italy, Longboard Cafe and Rosenfeld's Deli to name a few. The kids will love being in walking distance to miniature golf, paddle boards and Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt! It's also a great spot for watching the cars and motorcycles during Cruisin' OC and Bike Week!

This condo is located in a quiet midtown location and is close to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean & a sunny bright unit. The check-in & check-out directions were very easy to follow. I would stay here again.

Place was nice, clean and location was really perfect. Walking distance to golf, grocery store, restaurants, and beach! Downside was the walk up and down the stairs, no plug in the bathtub, so if you have kids that need a bath itโ€™s an issue, and the bunk bed is on the floor, so hard to get in and out of. Also the โ€œtwinโ€ bunk bed is not a twin, so if you bring your sheets a twin sheet wonโ€™t fit. We liked our stay, but did have some inconveniences.

The location could not have been more perfect, and we so look forward to next year, as October is perfect for us to vaca! Close to everything we wanted and needed, and when booking for vacation, i look for a place that is homey and comfortable, and this fit the bill to a T! I would def. Recommend 100%!

Cute Condo

This condo is the perfect size for a family of four. Great location with a lot of great restaurants and shops around. Reason why Iโ€™m giving it a four out of five was the cleanliness. Their cleaning service can do a much better job on the bathrooms. The shower curtains were dirty and molded, Walls have not been wiped down or mirrors. Baseboards were filthy dirty. I actually had to get cleaning products and clean the bathrooms myself before allowing my family to use them because I just didnโ€™t feel like it was cleaned. Also, the couch had stains all over it which I informed the host about. The host did respond fairly quickly To all emails. Our overall stay was great !

The listing was accurate. The place was clean and spacious. Very close to beach but not boardwalk. Lots of stairs if thats an issue for anyone but we didnt mind. Walking distance to lots of places. Would stay again!

2.5/3 Star Beach Block Condo

Short walk to the beach was great. Easy check in process and perfect size for 4 adults and two kids (2 & 4 years old). Attention to detail when it comes to cleaning would make this a 4/5 star review. Little things like making sure the shower curtains are not dirty/molded. Inexpensive fixes that make a huge difference. The floors and bathrooms also looked like the cleaning service either skipped or were being lazy that day. Other than the overall cleanliness upon check in this is a good spot and we had a nice stay. FYI - If you're not a stairs person I would consider another location since it's on the 4the floor and no elevator.

Great property!

The entire place is updated and so nice! Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, plus towels and linens provided for the bedrooms. Being on beach block with 2 parking spots made this a no-brainer. Didn't have to worry about driving or trying to find parking the entire trip! I will definitely be staying here again :)

Great Location!
