Welkom bij je volgende zomervakantieplek. Onze Ocean City begane grond appartement biedt veel voorzieningen en een gunstige locatie dicht bij de beroemde Ocean City Boardwalk, maar zonder het lawaai en verkeer. Het appartement ligt in een prachtige bekroonde 96-eenheid condominium gemeenschap oase. De unit is ideaal gelegen op slechts een steenworp afstand van het gemeenschappelijk zwembad en de rustige binnenplaats.

Het appartement met twee slaapkamers en een badkamer biedt plaats aan maximaal zeven gasten. Er is een queensize bed in de slaapkamer en twee aparte bedden en een uitschuifbaar bed in de tweede slaapkamer. Er is ook een slaapbank in de woonkamer voor meer opties.

Het apparaat biedt ook gratis Wi-Fi, slimme flatscreen-tv, wasmachine / droger en de meeste kookgerei voor een zomers feest. Of, als u op zoek bent naar een avondje uit, we zijn slechts een paar blokken verwijderd van Coastal Highway, waar u voor iedereen wat te eten, spelletjes en nachtleven vindt.

BELANGRIJKE UPDATE: VRBO is nu gemachtigd om staatsbelasting te innen op elke huur in MD. Hoewel dat me ontmoedigt om de belastingbetaling te verzenden, maakt het het ook ingewikkelder omdat de stad Ocean City ook een omzetbelasting oplegt, maar VRBO verzamelt dat deel niet. Wat betekent dit voor u? De 6% MD omzetbelasting zal worden opgenomen in uw VRBO-afrekening, terwijl ik u afzonderlijk de stadsbelasting van 4. 5% zal factureren. Het spijt me zo voor de verwarring.

We had a great stay, the location was 10min from the beach, apartment was clean and the kitchen had all the necessary basics. Washer and dryer are super helpful.There are Beach chairs, umbrella and toys in the storage.The only one item that was a bit not super great was the noise of the hvac unit turning on, but once asleep it’s fine.

Great place!

The place itself was absolutely amazing! The owner was prompt with greeting for check-in and checkout through messaging. The pool manager was the coolest ever! All the neighbors were above expectations! The cleaning help could have done better but not worthy of complaint! Lovely lovely place! I’ll definitely stay again

Great location and value!

Four of us stayed here over Ocean's Calling weekend 2024 and had a great experience. Everything was as advertised, so we made sure to bring linens. Parking was easy and convenient. VRBO itself was clean and laid out well. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer was a big plus since our clothes were soaked from the rain Friday. Michael was clear and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

Fun Weekend

This was a last minute getaway. The home was very clean, great location, nice neighborhood, centrally located. We were able to walk to restaurants, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, mini golf and beach easily. Unit had a community pool, washer and dryer large enough for a group of four, and parking was very accessible. Would definitely recommend this unit. Did not need to contact owner but he contacted us to make sure everything was okay.

Ideal if you love the pool

Great place to stay for a family plus grandparents. We loved having the pool right outside. It was so easy for the kids to run back in to the unit if they forgot something or needed to go to the bathroom. The walk to get to the beach was easy. It was 10-15 min at a leisurely pace. The owner of this unit was helpful and quick to respond to questions that we had before the trip. They also had a lot of supplies on hand in the unit which was awesome. My only negatives (very minor) were with the bathroom and the kitchen. Sharing just one bathroom can at times be challenging with 6 or 7 people. We knew this going in but it was still tough when the hot water ran out quickly or if someone needed the bathroom while a dif person was showering. The kitchen was extremely tiny -- really only enough room for 1 person at a time. So meal times were sometimes tricky. We had to wait turns to go in and get the food we wanted. Overall, we really liked the unit and had a great vacation!

Another great vacation at a wonderful location

Our stay at Gullway Villa's was fantastic. location was perfect distance to everything, by car, by bike and walk. The Condo was extremely clean, very accommodating to our vacation needs. Dining area was perfect size to sit around and play cards. The bedrooms were set up to feel like your home. Very comfortable mattress on all. The queen size pullout couch was perfect for teens. What more can you ask for. (No pullout Couch is ever comfortable for adults). Bathroom was very clean,hot water was just enough for all of us to take hot showers. The ability to use the washer and dryer is a bonus (and great one at that). Access into the condo was simple and easy. The bike rack is something to be desired especially when you have several bikes to lock up. Lack of bike space seemed to be a common issue all over not just at Gullway Villa's. Overall our stay was wonderful and will definitely look to book another stay.

Great Time and Great Location

My husband and I came with our two kiddos along with my mother and father. We had an amazing time here. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The smart TV in the living room was nice at night to relax. We were thankful to be able to do laundry while we stayed. The washer and dryer worked great. We loved going to the pool. It was very quiet and secluded. It was a 10 minute walk with kids to Jolly Rogers and our favorite, Fractured Prune. We loved staying here and are excited to come back as a family!

Perfect getaway

My family (2 adults, 11 yo and 6 yo) stayed here for 4 nights in early fall. It was the perfect size for us. Close to shopping, restaurants, and a short drive to the beach. We could’ve walked, but chose to drive. Communication was excellent with the owner. Would stay again.

Very responsive owner, great place!

Overall size was decent for a family of three. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of room for us! We loved having a larger size bathroom and a washer/dryer to use as well! The community pool right outside the patio door was kept clean too! We had an issue overnight when the A/C stopped working but we called the owner in the morning and he took care of it right away! He responsiveness was greatly appreciated for a hot July day! We will certainly be renting again when we decide to return to OC!
