De unit is uitgerust met waterfilter met omgekeerde osmose voor drinkwater van gebotteld water. Volledig uitgerust met Keurig en druppel koffiezetapparaten, wafel / tosti ijzer, blender, broodrooster en Chicago bestek. Nieuwe comfortabele matrassen voor een goede nachtrust.

De gangkast heeft een grote wasmachine en droger, waardoor vuile kleren snel kunnen worden bewerkt. Het ruime balkon biedt een fantastisch uitzicht op de baai, Rt 50 briidge, Assateague Island en West Ocean City

Twee grote ramen en 8 'glazen panelen bieden een prachtig uitzicht op het water. Er zijn 4 draaistoelen met tafel op het balkon zodat u kunt genieten van het uitzicht, kaarten kunt spelen of lezen. Toegang tot de balocny is via schuifdeuren in een grote kamer en een grote slaapkamer. Geweldige plek om met pensioen te gaan en te ontspannen van de activiteiten van de dag!

Downtown-locatie: een van de grootste problemen met de OC-promenade is parkeren! Opgelost met de privégarage! Je kunt je auto parkeren en naar alles lopen wat je wilt doen. Alle winkels, amusement, bars en restaurants liggen op korte loopafstand. Binnen 3 blokken zijn jetski verhuur, diepzeevissen charterboten, meer dan een dozijn restaurants, minigolf, het strand, de amusementspier met attracties voor alle leeftijden, video-arcades, ijs, snoep en tee-shirt winkels, Thrashers-friet. Oké, bij je deur. Beste supermarkten zijn over de brug, maar minder dan 2 mijl afstand.

Dit appartement is niet verhuurd in de zomermaanden tot dit jaar. We verwachten dat het snel uitverkocht zal zijn. Wacht niet te vroeg en reserveer zodat je niet weggaat!

Ocean City Stay

The unit was beautiful a great view of the bay. The proximately to the boardwalk was perfect. It was within an easy walking distance. The best part with the direction this unit faced the noise at night was minimal and you could just relax and enjoy the view. Definitely recommend this location.

Wonderful location for a family beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay this property. The location is perfect for families who want to stay close to the beach but away from the craziness of the boardwalk. It was very kid friendly and we look forward to returning next year!

The unit was prety clean upon arrival, owner responded quickly with the coffee maker. The unit itself needs attention, i would have thought that during the slow winter season would be when updating and repairs would be scheduled? Gurss not. Wall patches, floor apart old mattresses, not a welk stocked kitchen. There were only 5 of us and barely enough pots and pans to get by. The unit would be vwry nice with some attention.

Bayside sunsets and relaxation

I would visit this location again. Spacious, clean, views, and convenience! I was first worried about staying bayside would retract from wanting a beach vacation and waking up to the sound of the waves would be missed. I have zero regrets. The master bedroom mattress was amazing (I need to know what the topper was). I slept so soundly and peacefully I didn’t want to get up. When you do get up you walk directly onto a bayside balcony with views for DAYS. There was always something to watch and it was breezy and cool. In the evenings you have an unobstructed view of the sunset that can’t be beat. The unit comes with beach cart, chairs, and umbrella so there was no need to pack the car with those items. Convenient to obtain and a straight walk from the unit to the beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach with cart in tow. Parking garage and elevator also made life incredibly easy to navigate. You can tell everything is well cared for (the cleaning crew came promptly at 1000 check out time to prep the unit for the next crew). The master bedroom fan is still really wobbly. I saw that in a previous review and do have to admit it still wasn’t taken care of, but honestly didn’t need to use it. A/C works so well it wasn’t missed. I will come back for a future vacation.

Awesome weekend-from host, amenities, location, clean!

Pictures do not do it justice! First- host was great! Amazing location on the bay! We choose this rental mostly based on the location and other reviews about having coffee on the terrace with the dolphins! Was not disappointed! The only recommendation would be to replace the shower heads! I understand the water pressure being adjusted to conserve but the way they spray did lead to a little puddle outside the shower!

Absolutely Terrific but replace beds please.

Excellent property location and unit. What an amazingly beautiful and relaxing view from the huge balcony and LR and Kitchen. Lovely working with Steve who was extremely helpful. Furnishings should be updated especially King bed and queen beds which were extremely uncomfortable and led to restless nights. I would stay again in a flash, but only if bedding was updated.

Great condo and location! Highly recommended

The condo was very clean and well maintained. The location is PERFECT, very close to the center of the boardwalk action but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. The views from the balcony are beautiful. There is a bar on the first floor, which was neighborly and fun. We have stayed at many beach VRBOs so the one thing I would mention is it would be nice if linens/towels were included and if they had a supply of beach toys and chairs/umbrellas for renters to use. These are bulky and difficult items for most people to travel with, especially those coming from far away! Overall a great place!

Location, Location, Location

We went to OC with another family and arrived on a rainy day. With the travel, the kids and the storm, it was pretty miserable. Then, we got to the condo and was completely blown away! Not only was the place more spacious than we had expected, the view of the bay is spectacular. We spent 2 days indoors, but it was totally fine. We cooked in the roomy kitchen, played board games and watched movies in the comfy loving area. When the sun finally came out, we ventured out to the boardwalk, which is just within minutes of walking! Once you get to the boardwalk, you’re right in the middle of the action. The condo was clean and well-kept. The major thing to keep in mind is that you need to bring many of your own things- bedsheets, pillowcases, garbage bags, toilet paper, soap, bath towels, hand towels, etc. The building was quiet and we felt very safe. Overall it was a pleasant stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year!
