Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Was really looking forward to a quick getaway to our favorite location during Christmas Break. We checked in a little before 4. Went to the room (521) and noticed it was cold. We tried the thermostat, but it would only go up to 57. We headed out for dinner / drinks and got back to the room at 9. It was COLD - 66. Went to bed and woke up to 64. Went to the bathroom and the toilet was draining slowly. Went to the front desk were they gave us a plunger and put in a call to maintenance. After 30 minutes we got the toilet flowing again. An hour or so later maintenance arrived and after some communication we said yes we went it WARMER in the room. We left for the day to do some activities and arrived back mid afternoon. They set the thermostat to 70. In reality it only got as high as 68/69. We tried to adjust to at least 72 and it dropped to 57. Went to front desk and asked to get it adjusted to at least 72. Went out to dinner came back and it was set to 78. YIKES first night we froze next night we were sweating but cracked the balcony door so it stayed around 74. What a disappointment. No compensation - like a free breakfast or something. We enjoyed the location but for a newer hotel it has it issues. Fix the thermostat in room 521 is my recommendation.
