People friendly, pre-approved dogs only (2 max; fees apply) - Must be up to date on shots, nails clipped with no ticks and fleas. 110% potty trained, non-chewer - NO EXCEPTIONS! NO PUPPIES! NO OTHER ANIMALS! I live here when not rented. My dog allergies are bad enough, but cats…whew! Very bad!
Preferably, dogs are kenneled when no one is in home. Habitual barkers may be asked to leave without refunds. Please RESPECT RULES to keep dogs from soiling furniture and beds. Keep dogs on leash when walked and pick up all waste to properly discard.

Driveway parking for 3 vehicles or 2 vehicles with boat trailer use. No parking on grass. No use of garage.
