  • This clean, modern & well-equipped beach condo, nestled between the beach & the bay, comes complete with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, rapid Wi-Fi access & comfortable furnishings.

    The spacious bedroom has a king-size bed, closet, dresser & mirror with charging station lamps on the nightstands. The bathroom comprises a shower as well as a bathtub. The open-plan living space includes a foldout sofa for more sleeping options, a pullout coffee table useful for setting up a laptop (board games and card packs are housed within it for lazy evenings & rainy days) & more charging stations. The kitchen counter & sleek dining table offer ample space to gather for meals or chats with plush stools for seating space.

    Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Parking for one vehicle is included.

Nice place in a nice spot 2 blocks away from the beach and board walk. Food in the area was good as well. Definitely will be coming back for another stay at this condo.

Great visit with the family! Perfect size spot for us, very close to the beach & bay. We loved having parking right out front, definitely made everything easier for us all round. We could easily walk down the boardwalk for fun and just as easy to drive once we got tired. Everything was clean and cozy! My daughter specifically liked the tick-tac-toe board on the table, so I ended up finding her a nice one on the boardwalk to play with & bring home. We enjoyed breakfast sandwich’s at 8th street deli & the Smashburger at 8th on the boardwalk!Everything was wonderful and would definitely recommend! Thanks so much for a great stay

For the most part, the space was good. It was not as clean to the standard that I would have hoped. The rug in the living room area was pretty dirty and the mattress cover had stains on the side so should be switched out. All in all, with attention to those few areas, it would be a good place to stay.

Car Show

Love this place hopefully we can get it for the may car show. Close enough so we could walk to the boardwalk but not noisy.

Best bang for you buck

Property owners were fantastic, property was clean and had basic living items. Great location, and even better pricing. 10/10 recommend if you have a smaller group

Great location for Oceans Calling

We had a great stay. Nothing fancy, but clean and exactly what we needed. We were able to walk to the festival easily. Great communication with property hosts.

Great little kitchenette two blocks from the beach. We were there during the heat wave and were grateful for the excellent AC.While comfortable there were a few quirks. Having just two bath towels and washcloths really wasn't ideal for a beach vacation, and it was odd that we had to both make and strip the bed. But ah well.We also mistakenly bought food to cook on the stove top before checking in. It's not a stove, it's a hot plate, that barely cooks eggs, and when it did work, the smoke detector went off cause there was no vent. Also, no dishwasher, but we knew that.So aside from those little things, the location was great and the room was comfortable!

Great, relaxed stay

Communication with owners were great as was the check in process. Their suggestions for food/drink places were enjoyable. Very close to beach and we enjoyed the short walk and cross walks to cross the streets. Updated condo. Parking spot was also appreciated.

This is our second stay here we love it. Close to the beach but not on it. Well stocked with paper towels, toliet paper ,trash bags, cleaners. The only bad thing is it doesn't have a oven. But they have a toaster microwave, and a kurig. We plan on making this our go to place for our annual October trip.

Cute and Convenient!

We went to OC for Sunfest... great time and great bands! This condo was super convenient, less than a mile walk to the Inlet, and Pickles Pub is right across the street! :)

The hosts are wonderful and the condo is exactly as pictured plus just a few short blocks from the Boardwalk. We were in town for a tournament and it was perfect for us. We needed the pullout for our third family member, so brought our own sheets to avoid the pass-along cleaner’s upcharge. Our hosts are wonderful communicators, responsive, and patiently accommodating! Thanks for all!

Awesome

The condo was exactly as stated. Had all the amenties you could think of. It was in a great location and you can tell that the owners thought of everything that would make the stay easy and not have to run out and buy anything. Super fast responses from the owners too. Bed was super comfortable and the area is close to everything but very quiet.

Perfect for smaller family or couple

We loved this location! It’s in a great area and 2 blocks from the Boardwalk (at 8th street). Bonus! There’s a Thrashers & bike rental right there at 8th/Boardwalk :) The space is set up well - parents used the bedroom and 2 kids on the pull-out couch; little kitchen to save leftovers or make your own meals; nice neighbors in the condo building. We were all affected by a smell (perhaps old cigarette odor since building is old?) entering, but it subsided by being in the unit after some time. We would definitely stay here again! We are rarely in our room while visiting OCMD, but this space felt cozy and comfortable when we were exhausted from all the boardwalk adventures! Loved the detail sent over from owners and communication as well.
