Welcome to Parrot Bay Unit 17 (Seashell Suite). Enjoy your stay in a one bedroom, second floor nostalgic vibe condo within a 5-minute walk to the beach/boardwalk and a 3-minute walk to the bay. Guests have access to an onsite outdoor community pool during the summer season. Check out activities offered at the Downtown Recreation Complex which is within a 2-minute walk. Each day, relax in comfort in Unit 17's newly installed mini-split HVAC system.

Guests are provided with one assigned parking space. To get a parking pass: One Guest will need to contact Mike Newton - An email will be sent to you after booking
explaining the process to get the parking pass. Park your car, relax and enjoy the lively shores.

The condo sleeps up to 4 people with a:
- queen size bed in the bedroom
- queen size sleeper couch in the living room.

Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest).
For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival.

For your comfort and enjoyment, our Seashell Suite has a kitchen area, Wi-Fi, Internet, TV, dual k-cup/carafe coffee maker, and outdoor second floor open deck. Bring your Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, Apple TV, Google Chromecast to use on the TV.

No smoking is allowed in the unit or on either the deck or porch. This property is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. A one-time fee of $150 per pet applies for the duration of the stay.

However, pets are not allowed to urinate or leave doggy do on either porch. Please take your dog down the stairs to do their “dog business”. To maintain a pets welcome condo, complying keeps the condo and decks in good condition for all guests.

Larger gatherings and parties are not allowed. Families, singles, couples, and groups (21 or older) are welcome and able to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the unit.
