Master Suite 2: Full-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle, plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Sleeps up to 7 guests.
Lower-Level Bedroom Suite: King-size bed and private full bathroom. Sleeps 2 guests.
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 2 guests.
The home offers sleeping arrangements for up to 15 guests. Please note that the individual bed capacities listed above total 16, including the sleeper sofa, so the maximum occupancy remains 15 guests.

Important Rental Information & House Rules
Bed Linens & Towels
Bed linens and towels are not included in the standard rental. Pillows and blankets are provided.

For your convenience, linen rental and bed-making services are available through the cleaning service for an additional fee. Please arrange these services in advance if needed.

Starter Supplies
We provide an initial supply of basic household essentials:

Approximately one roll of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels per stay
Three dishwasher pods per stay
Three laundry detergent pods per stay
These supplies are not replenished during your stay. Please bring additional supplies as needed.

Age Requirements
High school seniors and groups in which all occupants are under 25 years of age must obtain approval from the homeowner before booking. Please contact the homeowner in advance if these requirements apply to your group.

Noise & Parties
No loud parties or disruptive noise are permitted. Noise that disturbs neighboring residents may result in immediate eviction and loss of the security deposit or payment for unused rental nights, subject to applicable law and booking-platform policies.

Please respect the neighbors and community rules throughout your stay.

Grilling & Open Flames
In accordance with applicable Ocean City fire regulations and community restrictions, grilling and open flames are prohibited within 20 feet of the development. Please observe all posted fire-safety requirements.
