WONDERFUL beach front property. Beautifully furnished, spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front and bay view condo in one of Ocean City's premier uptown oceanfront high-rises! While vacationing or working virtually, take in the gorgeous views of the ocean, bay, and cityscape from the private balcony of this beach retreat. Wake up to a beautiful view of the sunrise from either bedroom or on the balcony. Walk down to the beach for a day of sun and surf or relax in the shared year-round indoor pool solarium with large adjoining oceanfront sundeck. Included in your stay are additional amenities such as an exercise room, sauna, indoor half basketball court, full size tennis court, and game room with ping-pong table, pool table and arcade games.



The natural lighting and open floor plan of this beach retreat are ideal. The living room Smart TV includes cable (HBO and Showtime), Roku guest login, and DVD player. Comfortable seating is provided with a sofa, loveseat and reclining chair. Enjoy a meal cooked in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen from the dining area with a fantastic view of the ocean.



The primary bedroom offers a private en-suite bathroom with tub, king-sized bed, twin bed, walk-in closet, and guest login Roku TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, twin bed, and TV with Roku Stick with guest login. An additional bathroom with shower is in the main hallway. A washer and dryer are also in the unit for your convenience. The coastal feel of the décor and colors in this condo invite relaxation and tranquility for both work and play.



Guests must register at the building front desk upon arrival. A $75.00 CASH ONLY nonrefundable registration fee is paid at check-in. This weekly fee allows for an access code to the building, access to open building amenities, and a parking pass for a single spot. All parking requires a parking permit issued by the Capri office. Additional parking is available for $10 per day ($40 per week) at the OC Municipal Parking lot which is a short distance from the unit at 100th street.



FIREWORKS

Enjoy fireworks displays from the balcony facing Northside Park during OC's "Sundaes in the Park" events, which are held throughout the summer on Sunday evenings beginning mid June. Additional, longer fireworks displays, can be seen on the 4th of July and New Year's Eve. Note: Fireworks displays may be canceled by the Town of Ocean City in the event of inclement weather or other designated reason. Check schedules.



PET RULES

Renters are not permitted to bring pets to this building. Renters who arrive with pets will be asked to board their pets while they are here and, if they will not comply, they will be asked to leave.



BEACH LOCKER

Please note that beach equipment is NOT PERMITTED in Capri elevators. An outside storage locker for guest supplied beach equipment is provided at the ground level. The beach locker code is given in the check-in instructions email that will be sent 8 days before check-in. The locker measures 2'x2'x4'.

Streaming Services available on all smart TV's by signing into your own Accounts.



This beach condo is within walking distance to several restaurants, a shopping mall, a movie theater. Just five blocks to Northside Park and a 10-minute drive to the Roland E. Powell Convention Center on 40th street.



LINENS

Sheets and one large bath towel per person are provided for EACH 6+ NIGHT stay. Linens are not provided for stays that are less than 6 nights.

Beds must be made up and stripped by tenants. Linens will be delivered the on the day of check-in prior to check in. They will be picked up after your departure.

If linens are desired for stays of less than 6 days, please order them at your cost by calling OC Beach and Linens Rental at 410-524-7057. Be prepared to provide bed sizes and number of guests. Sizes can be found in your check-in email (sent 8 days prior to check-in day.)
